Hello my name is Travis he did an amazing job cleaning my vents in my house I couldn’t believe what was deep in there.

Called to have dryer vent cleaned, decided to do the rest of the vents in the house as well since it was such a reasonable price.

They asked if they could show up early but only gave us about 15 minutes heads up, which they ended up having the wrong address so it took them a bit longer to get here anyways.

Once they got here they plugged in their machine to our electrical outlet (without informing us of what they were doing) and ended up blowing the circuit breaker. They then proceeded to just flip the circuit breaker themselves from in our garage, and tried a couple different outlets and blew the circuit breaker a couple more times, but eventually it started working.

They then started the service and worked their way from upstairs down, however they decided not to do some of the return vents without telling us, which I assume it was because they could not get the covers off since the owner had previously painted over the screws. Additionally when attempting to take the cover off the first return vent they moved our chair across the room to stand on and stepped all over the clothes we had on it in the process.

Once they were done with all of the air ducts, I thought they were going to do the dryer vent, however it doesn't look like they ever did attempt to clean it. The dryer door was opened and closed but the dryer itself was never moved to attempt to clean out the vent.

Called again imediately after the service to ask about the dryer vent and was told that the technician was going to reach out to me directly... still have not heard anything back...

All in all the service seemed to be lower quality then perhaps a different company and the technicians were quite unprofessional.

Not even worth the cheaper price in my mind. I would have rather spent a little more to go somewhere else that I knew we could have gotten a better cleaning.

-Update-
After contacting them again they did send out another team to finish up the dryer vent. The difference between this team and the first ones we had was like night and day. I suppose we just happen to be unlucky with the first techs that came out.

I’m so glad we got this done, and this company was excellent to work with. Our agents, Manny and Alex, were amazing! Explained everything to us as we went along and kept a very upbeat and polite demeanor. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their vents cleaned!

This company charged us 3 times the original amount. Shady business practice. Original scheduled at $199.00 and $10 per air conditioner vent. Ok. Sounds solid. They come out and said can’t do it for less the $619.00. Three times the original quoted price. We are in the middle of renovating, moving and had to go to work. With tax it was $670. More than 3 times the amount. They were finished in 1 hr and 15 minutes. I called to complain to company and they never even returned my call. I was very disappointed. I wish I could have rescheduled with a different company but it would have messed up my timeline of move in date. I guess I can not recommend. They should tell you it could be much higher than quoted or expected. List your prices.

Max and Ben just finished cleaning all our vents, furnace and dryer vent. They were very professional and let me know of everything going on and all that they were going to do. We have a good size 3 story house and they went through it all and did an awesome job! Feel so much better knowing all my vents and everything else is sanitized and cleaned! My dryer vent was really bad and they got it all cleaned and I expect my dryer vent will work much more efficient now. Great job guys and thank you!😀👍

Manny and Alex were very helpful and made sure to explain everything they were doing for me, start finish. Amazing and professional service, couldn’t have asked for it better. Definitely recommend these guys with there great customer service and explanations. Showed all the before and afters of all the ducts and kept everything clean. Definitely know who I’m giving a call for my next duct cleaning.

I Thought to myself, supporting a small local business was the good thing to do.

Brandon was charging by AC UNITS(red flag from the start). I only have 1 ac unit and 2 furnace. After much confusion on his response to my property, I was quoted $199/ furnace as i have a duplex. Which is fine if they would have cleaned above the AC evaporator coils. The job consist of a vacuum and a long hose. Nothing more nothing less. Will not provide answers to my questions and pictures of the before and after. No receipt for payment either.

This company is not what they portray to be. The techs are unprofessional. Wore shoes without covers, used sofa to access ceiling vents. Mocked and laughed when i pointed out additional supply ducts that needed to be cleaned per agreed upon conversation.

I did an inspection of the furnace and it was not cleaned. No response to my questions after i paid and tipped. I hope they loose a lot of business and go out of service. This company is the bad apple that spoiled the batch.

We appreciated the notice that they were on their way, they were on time, diligent, and communicative about what was happening throughout the cleaning.

Very disappointed. I had asked for service to clean all my air ducts provided all information so I could get a price. Confirmed that I had this many supply and return vents with them. Techs came to my house and tripled my price up to nearly $800. I was even nice enough to take off all vent covers and moved everything out of the way and didn't even ask them to out them back on. Although I did take the service anyways because I had already went too far into the process. Had asked them to come back to clean up dirty work that they missed and still said that it looked fine and there is nothing they can do. Very dishonest price, technicians and disappointed in quality of work and customer service. Advised everyone to look somewhere else and not with this company.

Amazing service! Highly recommend this company. The job they performed exceeded our expectations.

EDIT: We feel partial scammed by this business. We were supposed to get 50% off but they are not honoring the deal. They keep giving us the run around. That is the only reason for the change in rating. They did do a great job. Being deceived by a business is a shady practice. Do not trust this company. We thought they were a local company (mom and pop) from our area, as they advertised as such on FB group. This was not the case.

Hired this company to clean our vents. Mediocre job for the price they are charging. They are not upfront with the price and the two different types of cleaning services they offer. The job is not dustless like they claim it will be. They are not using "hospital grade" equipment. Overall not a good company to work with and I truly regret hiring them.

They did a great job! They were in and finished during the expected time frame. Manny and Moses were very friendly and professional. They helped fix an issue we were having with a vent and gave us option of how to have better distribution of cold air for these hot summer days. This is the second time that we have used them. We can feel a noticeable difference in air flow as soon as they were done! Thanks for the wonderful service.

We are very pleased with MN Air Duct Cleaners. Manny and his assistant did a fantastic job. They explained everything to us, including pricing, and were extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They showed us the before and after pictures of every vent, including the dryer vent, and WOW, what a difference! We wished we had contacted them much earlier.
