Stump Sniper did a great job removing a couple stumps I’ve had in my backyard for a while now. They’ve always bugged me but finally decided to take action. Rob, who removed the stumps for me, was very kind, answered questions I had, and had flawless execution in mannerly time. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend!

From my initial phone call with Ashley to schedule time for an estimate, to my interaction with Wes during his assessment and estimate process, his communication around HOW they would complete a difficult and complicated tree removal to the actual execution of the removal was absolutely incredible! Everyone is so professional and considerate, I was so impressed! The team that was executing the removal made me feel at ease which was not an easy task given there was a crane dangling a large part of a tree over my house! The Pro-Tree crew was very professional and friendly. I have a very large property with tons of trees. I pointed out which ones needed their attention, from trimming to full removal. I only had to discuss it with them once. They got to work immediately and methodically. When they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were here. Everything was neat and cleaned up. Great job by a great company. I am definitely going to hire them again!

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of the Pro-Tree team. After having an old tree recently fall onto my garage, I first spoke with Johanna on the phone to try to figure out what the next steps would be. She reassured me that they would be able to assist me. Before I knew it, Wes and the team were out the next day to help clean up the mess and pick up the pieces. Their hard work and humor helped me through a very difficult time with the holidays coming up. I'm going to start recommending Pro-Tree to everyone!

Mariah, Jimmy, and John arrived promptly when promised, were very personable, and communicated well before and after the job. We had one tree taken down and several others cleaned up. They got the work done efficiently and did a great job cleaning up the site when they were done. Highly recommended.

After interviewing several big name tree companies, I was fortunate enough to run into Wes from Pro Tree.

He was by far the most knowledgeable. Wes and his crew have done a phenomenal job of taking care of several of my trees and arborvitae.

My yard is a really big deal to me, and I could not be happier with the work they have done. Added bonus, they are easy to get a hold of and are always on time.

We had Pro Tree out probably 6-7 years prior, so they were our go to again. Had 2 birch removed and a maple trimmed up. Just as the crew (Mariah, Jimmy, and Zach) showed up it started to rain (in December, go figure). They did a great job, and seemed to do well to limit the traffic to a smaller area when possible. Not much they could do about the wet sloppy yard because of the snow/rain/mud mix. Zach offered, and came back, to spread some seed over the areas that were the most impacted. They cleaned up the yard well and swept off the driveway as well. Still going to be my go-to in the future as well. Very efficient with all 3 of them coordinating efforts.

This is the third time we used have Pro-Tree Outdoor Services to take trees down for us, which shows our confidence in the company. The personal and professional attention we received from each person we talked with made us feel like we were their only clients. And the equipment they used was state of the art and so efficient. So nice to know we have a dependable and professional company when it comes to this service!
