Constraction reviews in Fridley, Minnesota

Allan Dorney did a great job installing our glass shower doors! The team of workers were very professional and our shower doors look beautiful!

We have used Allan Dorney for multiple projects and they have always been quick, honest, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

They were timely and did a grate job on my building

The people, communication and end result were all fantastic. They were very respectful of our space and did a great job cleaning up at the end each day. The little things like that mattered to them. Highly recommend.

Allan Dorney Construction has supported Anoka Community Mission for many years. They helped to replace the mission's roof and have championed several renovations to the mission's facility that have helped us to expand our capacity to serve those in need in our surrounding geographical community. The team at Allan Dorney Construction has always been professional, caring, and courteous. Their work has always been exemplary. Anoka Community Mission is blessed to have such a wonderful community partner.

Working with Allan Dorney and crew (Jamie, Kyle, Joel) has been a pleasure! They completely renovated 2 of our apartment units, as well as installed decks on an apartment building for us. Their work has been excellent, and I appreciate their excellent customer service. We plan to do many more jobs with them in the future.

I worked with Allan Dorney on an apartment fire project that we decided to not go through insurance. They were great to work with. I was really impressed with how fast their crews worked. The roof was repaired in a day when it took a different contractor a month to repair a similar roof. I will be using them again as a GC.

Allan Dorney Construction has been great to work with. All of their projects have been completed with an unmatched attention to detail and with excellent craftsmanship. Everyone in the organization does a great job of communicating and making sure all of your questions are answered throughout the project.

Allan Dorney Construction, Inc. has become a premier vendor for many projects that I manage. We have used them for several large projects and even one that had an extreme deadline. Every project they have done for us starts on time and comes in on budget. I always feel informed throughout the project with effective and thorough communication. I have worked very closely with Jamie, Kyle, & Kris who have been nothing less than exceptional!

I work for a company that manages 12 apartment buildings throughout the Twin Cities. I would highly recommend Allan Dorney Construction, Inc. for your next project!

We have utilized Allan Dorney's services on many different projects over the years. They offer cost effective pricing and produce a quality final product. We had a somewhat complex exterior siding project that they helped us with this year. Their final cost came in under what they originally quoted for a certain phase of the project and they proactively passed the considerable savings directly on to us at final billing. You don't see that everyday!

Recently purchased a home and considering building out a garage. I reached out to multiple contractors and though I got several bids, Jordan with Allan Dorney brought the most professionalism, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and clarity to the process. The project became complicated, requiring bids for excavation and earthworks in addition to simple construction - Jordan pulled this all together with a level of detail including clarifying permitting and the relevant subcontractors where other bidders simply said "that's on the customer."

Unfortunately we decided to postpone the project, but if and when we decide to revisit Jordan at Allan Dorney will be my first call.

We are so pleased with how or renovation turned out at New Day Thrift store. Thank you to Dan and his team for the wonderful work, great communication and attention to detail! We are so blessed to have had them help us through this process.

I own an excavation company and have done a few projects with Allan Dorney Construction. There attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding. There communication and knowledge is one of a kind. I would recommend to anyone!

Had a little hiccup with maple grove inspectors that pro longed the project but it happens. The communication throughout the project was great & the work itself was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We recently had our four season sunroom project completed with Allan Dorney and we have had a really good experience with them. We reached out to them when we had just begun to think of getting a four season sunroom. They came, asked us what we had in our mind about the sunroom and understood what we wanted and what our budget was. They worked around the budget and our dream and now we have a four season sunroom that’s as beautiful as we dreamed it to be. Quality work and quality materials and great project planning. Thanks to your team for making this project happen. We are loving every bit of it.

We had two bathroom remodels done by Allan Dorney and we were very pleased with them! We wanted to make our bathroom more accessible for our aging parents and ourselves so had a walk in shower, bench, shelves and grab bars put in. They did a beautiful job. They kept us informed about the schedule, and were very helpful and responsive to any changes, questions, or concerns that we had. I highly recommend them for any remodeling or home improvement needs. They are honest, responsive and do high quality work.

I had a bathroom redone, including a window taken out of the shower space. I originally chose to hire AD Construction bc I knew they were known for their integrity, and still I was impressed with their skill and attention to detail. They searched high and low until they found the materials to match discontinued siding, and the project manager kept a close eye and checked over each phase as it was completed to make sure that it met their quality and standards. I could not be more pleased with the results and, honestly, with the whole experience. Thank you, Carl and crew!

We had a very large project on our hands and the Team at Allen Dorney (shout out to Jared and Carl) helped us through every step of the way! The communication and compassion for their work was outstanding. We are very pleased with their work and attention to detail. We would 10/10 recommend and plan to use them again on any future projects we have.

This is a great company! Amazing to work with, they handled everything start to finish!

5 nuts out of 5. They for some reason drink warm milk instead of water at the job site though.

I thought I was looking for somebody, that’s all. I had a call five hours ago. I was walking. How far did I walk? I came from the mall down the road. I’m not doing anything. Now, if there’s no John Pederson here….
