I had a call, a call to talk to a gentleman. He said his name was Luke. Overall great experience, we talked about each other’s Christmas holiday while I was given a quote on a roofing job for my mobile home.

I walked 5 hours to get here cause someone told me there was a construction job here. I was told that there's a young gentleman that knows of John Pederson. That's all that I came here for, I'm just trying to look for work. Apparently I arrived at the wrong address and was greeted by a man in a business suit asking me a bunch of questions from some chat log. I don't know what he was on about, but that's not my style!

I was called on the phone by a young man, I don't remember his name, it was about 5 hours ago. He told me, on the bus, that there was a man here, John Pederson, he had owned a construction company. I wasn't able to find much work because i had trouble with a young woman like 6 to 10 years ago, like 1990, 1999, i had trouble with a young woman. John's brother Scott Pederson had a very strange chat with me, he knew that about a long time ago I was a photographer, even knew the detail that There were some people that saw me with the movie Kindegeren Cop And i had walked there from Pomona,

I was looking for someone to work on the house where me, my mommy, and my daddy live and someone in the area suggested John Pederson and his brother Scott. I was skeptical because of what happened to my friend Jean Pierre however, I was not disappointed. I was hesitant but the house turned out cute though, well built. You could say it was the cleanest best pleasure.

I'm a promotional photographer that worked on Kindergarten Cop (at least I saw the movie) and I was recommended this place by a young Mexican riding the bus. Unfortunately said meeting ended up with me spending the rest of my life in prison even though there's no kids in me, however I can't knock the quality of John's work! If I ever get out I hope that they'll give me a job.

A good construction company doesn't come along very often. I'd want to hire them again and again. I came in with a request to build a house with 7 garages as I was on my way to Lantic City. While I was on my way I was told by a guy on the bus that Scott Pederson had a construction company and could help me with my request. Scott's brother, John helped me with my request. He even brought me a small (though almost as big as a large) pizza, some wings, and some orange juice. They assured me the house will be done in a timely fashion. While they were more about work and didn't want to conversate; I was very happy with their work. Now I have a big beautiful home even if I keep whacking my toe on the bannister. The house is cute though, built good.

Reliable construction companies like these don't come along often. I'd want them again and again. They did a great job building the bannister in my house, it's cute though, built good. Unfortunately I just whacked my toe against the bannister. I'd better get a band aid before I bleed on the rug and my mom goes crazy.

Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to fix another employee’s mistake and mess. I am beyond satisfied with his work, how he handled the situation, and the time and commitment he has in his work. Would highly recommend Jeff.

I would NOT schedule with this service.

We called over the weekend for a Wednesday appointment. Wednesday came and went, and no one showed up. I called the phone number – they said the tech had an emergency and wasn’t able to make it. So, fine, we rescheduled for Thursday AM. Once again, no one showed, so we rescheduled for later in the day. Again, no one. Finally, I call one last time. They said the tech could come the next Monday. Monday came and went, and – again, no one shows. Each time, there’s no communication from the company whatsoever. Nothing saying the tech can’t make it, etc., I have to call them every time and tell them no one showed, not once out of the four times did someone call ahead of time and let me know the tech will not be showing, and no one followed up proactively. I was told after every missed appointment that the tech manager would be reaching out – and this never happened, either. My kitchen remodel was postponed a week waiting for someone to show, who never did. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars instead of one is because 1.) emergencies do happen, if the managing company boggles how they’re handled entirely, and 2.) I paid $99 for their ‘membership’ proactively (which I wasn’t even comfortable with at the time), but when I demanded a refund it was handled smoothly.

Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job on our fireplace remodel. He had excellent communication with us and his crew continually checked with us to make sure it was what we wanted. I highly recommended Golden Handyman Service!!

HD obviously is the main driver of pricing in the improvement market. Can easily beat Lowes, quality choices better than Menards.

im a regular costumer at this homedepo location,,but tooday wendesnay at 6pm this guy jerone was very rude,,wnen i ask for concrete nails,,to nail a thermax sheat on a basement wall,,he sayd only dumb people will be using neils on a concret wall,,and he also tallme to go buy somewhere else.im taking the time to leave this feed back.so the manager is aware of this tipe of insidents
