Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to fix another employee’s mistake and mess. I am beyond satisfied with his work, how he handled the situation, and the time and commitment he has in his work. Would highly recommend Jeff.

I would NOT schedule with this service.

We called over the weekend for a Wednesday appointment. Wednesday came and went, and no one showed up. I called the phone number – they said the tech had an emergency and wasn’t able to make it. So, fine, we rescheduled for Thursday AM. Once again, no one showed, so we rescheduled for later in the day. Again, no one. Finally, I call one last time. They said the tech could come the next Monday. Monday came and went, and – again, no one shows. Each time, there’s no communication from the company whatsoever. Nothing saying the tech can’t make it, etc., I have to call them every time and tell them no one showed, not once out of the four times did someone call ahead of time and let me know the tech will not be showing, and no one followed up proactively. I was told after every missed appointment that the tech manager would be reaching out – and this never happened, either. My kitchen remodel was postponed a week waiting for someone to show, who never did. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars instead of one is because 1.) emergencies do happen, if the managing company boggles how they’re handled entirely, and 2.) I paid $99 for their ‘membership’ proactively (which I wasn’t even comfortable with at the time), but when I demanded a refund it was handled smoothly.

Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job on our fireplace remodel. He had excellent communication with us and his crew continually checked with us to make sure it was what we wanted. I highly recommended Golden Handyman Service!!
