Terrible customer service skills. Very unprofessional, and will not treat you with respect. I recommend not contracting through them, or working for them. Other companies that will respect you as a human being, and not as an object. If you are a female, or a minority, keep away from them!

Worst experience i have ever had. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. Called in to ask about services offered, and positions available, then told they cannot tell me over the phone, and to come in. When i asked what the name of female employee who answered the phone and i was speaking to, employee felt the need to raise voice, then proceeded to hang up the phone. Called back to speak to a manager, was treated disrespectfully as well, and he didn't want to acknowledge or apologize for their employee being unprofessional and disrespectful, and kept asking what i wanted.
I recommend not contracting through them for your own business, or working for them. Lots of other companies to go thru that will be help you, and have the decency to respect you. They lost a client today, and i say stay away for your own good.

I called for a last minute deep clean of my elderly Mom’s home. The gentleman who answered was so nice and accommodating. He had me scheduled within a few days! A team of 3 showed up and did a great job. Thank you!!

Canceled on us Christmas eve night she. Cleaning was scheduled for the 26th making it impossible to find a replacement. Lied to me on the phone about a conversation they had with my wife when she was sitting right there, offered to have the manager call which I agreed to and have yet to be called. very unprofessional, no customer service skills, and will makes sure to cancel literally the night before the scheduled date (not counting Christmas day since the majority of businesses are closed). You will be better off with any of the other cleaning services.

We had Evergreen Spark Cleaning Services come out to clean a home we rent out for small group retreats, and they did an exceptional job. The space was spotless, fresh, and guest-ready — exactly what we needed.

My first time using Evergreen Spark Cleaning Services and i am really so impreesed. My home has never had a pro clenaing before and you could really tell the diffrence after they where done. There was some stuborn build up in the shower and sink, my whole house was a mess and I’ve tried to scrub myslef so many times with diffrent product, and their cleaner got it all out like it was nothing. The whole place looks almost brand new now. She was on time, frendly and very thourough. I am keeping them for my reguler cleanings. it’s totaly worth it for the ammount of time it saves me.
