We’ve used American Rug Laundry for years. The rugs always come back beautifully clean and pick up and delivery couldn’t be easier.

We had two area rugs picked up and deep cleaned. They turned out beautiful.

Very direct and honest about telling me which spots (dog urine) would be sterilized but not visually removed due to its nature. And he reiterated that again before I paid.so as double checking I understood what they could do and what they couldn't do. I greatly appreciated that honesty and directness.

Avia, the point of contact person is friendly and non-judgmental, while I was describing the shape of the rugs she expressed her understanding. The rugs came back in a timely manner considering the condition. Everything you read in their add is ALL true. I was asked would I use them again I said " in a heart beat " ARL is in a class all their own. Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart.

My regular carpet cleaner Clifford's Carpet Cleaning referred me to American Rug Laundry when I need some area rugs cleaned due to my dog having some accidents. I am so glad he told me about these folks they are amazing. The heavy rug are picked up at our home all we have to do is roll them up and they do the rest. Each time I send my rugs they come back 2 weeks later looking and smelling amazing. I highly recommend American Rug Laundry. .

We had a handmade rug and its pad picked up for cleaning and returned. This was a specialty cleaning. Cleaning was mostly for various pet stains and one large lemonade spill. The rug looks beautiful and has no lingering odors (either from stains or from the cleaning process).
