It's the first time I've gone to the Golden Valley location which is a little hidden, but Google maps has it accurately located. I had seven rugs deep cleaned. I had already received an estimate by sending in photos with the measurement. (If you do that, send in the measurements in inches, not feet and inches).
They were very friendly and helpful, unloading my car, spreading out the rugs in an area just inside the entrance, and giving me a final estimate. Two weeks later, the rugs were done and look great. I've gone there for decades. Very professional service.

The uploaded photo is of a rug that was very soiled on one edge. Even though it's partially faded, the colors on the unfaded portion are restored.

As usual, great customer service beginning with my order, pick up and delivery. My very soiled rug looks like new! I greatly appreciate being informed of cleaning specials. Thank you.

My rugs have had the caring treatment of The American Rug Laundry for the past couple of decades. They still look great and resist soil. Love the work done here and the staff members are knowledgeable and personable.

I had 4 wool rugs for 10 years and this is was the first time I had them cleaned. We are very neat and clean people, so I was kind of offended when the analysis came back on all 4 rugs as “very soiled”. I expected this for my mud room and entry rugs, but not my large living room rugs. I was completely shocked when my rugs came back laundered, I could immediately tell they were night and day from how they left my house. Clearly they were indeed “very soiled”. I feel like I have brand new rugs - they look amazing! And the communication from emails, to phone calls, to photos of my rugs was 10/10. I would highly recommend American Rug Laundry! Beautiful work and excellent customer service!

My dogs did a number (literally) on my shag rug. I tried to spot clean but it was just so gross. They came and got the rug and two weeks later it came back looking new and the smell was gone. Very happy with them! Hope I don’t have to use them again, but I definitely will should the need arise.

Due to the size of the rug, I used the pick up and delivery service that is available. The fellows that came to the house were helpful and efficient, they moved furniture to be able to roll up the rug, and put things back where they belong. The rug always looks so good when it comes back from its cleaning.

The team at American Rug Laundry made getting our area rug cleaned a very easy process. My initial inquiry was responded to within 24 hours, the crew arrived 4 business days later to take the rug for cleaning. I received photos of the rug before cleaning, and two weeks later the guys returned with our beautifully cleaned rug in tow. They laid the rug meticulously and were so very kind. We will use ARL again and would recommend to anyone.

I had two hand made rugs cleaned that desperately needed more than my steam cleaner could handle. American laundry was quick to call after I sent in an inquiry online. They did pick up and drop off for only 20 dollars which was so reasonable. It’s definitely worth the price I paid to get them clean. There were colors in the rug that I didn’t even know I existed and they got the fringe white again after many years of dirt. Was very impressed with their professionalism and were very quick. It wasn’t cheap but I do think it was reasonable for the quality of the clean I got back.

I had my rugs cleaned a few years ago, and they contact me yearly to bring them in for annual cleaning. They have excellent customer service and are quick to respond. I was notified of the price up front and there were no surprises. I was able to schedule a pick up and drop off and the guys who do it are also very communicative and friendly. I 10/10 would recommend!

1st Class Cleaning Service did remarkable work at our company. We had a lot of grease stains from our mechanics. We had stains that we tried to get out ourselves and were unsuccessful. 1st Class came in and remarkably all stains disappeared.
