Removed broken furnace. Installed new one. The guys were friendly, efficient, professional, accommodating.

Our furnace went out 20 hours before hosting a large Christmas party. I wasn't sure If I was going to be able to get it sorted out. But within the first 5 minutes of talking to Jeremy, I knew that everything was going to be all right. He was very transparent and honest and above all timely. He did an excellent job and had me up and running in no time. He was a prayer answered. He's now going to be my "Guy" for all things related to HVAC! YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE DISAPPOINTED BY THIS TEAM!

Our furnace stopped and Top-Tier came out within a couple of hours of our call. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace running again. On top of that, they had the parts to fix it on-site.
They explained exactly what had happened and we were relieved. It was a simple and inexpensive fix. They have a ton of experience and it shows. So appreciative of their good work and honesty.

Excellent work to come out and diagnose issue with my garage heater same day. We collectively determined it made more sense to replace my old unit with a brand new Modine Hot Dawg. Team came out the next day did the install, cleaned up and educated me on the new unit. I will definitely be working with this team again.
