They offered a free video camera inspection of your main line but continue to cancel the appointment. What a joke of company.
I called Bonfi and told them exactly the part I needed for my boiler. They would not quote a replacement over the phone. I had to pay $89 to have a tech come out and quote the job. Tech came out and quoted $1288 to replace the valve which retails for $274. Outrageous! We both agreed the job would take about an hour. I paid the $89 and kicked the, out of my house. I feel sorry for anyone who calls these people that does not do their homework first. They are ripoff artists!
We contacted Bonfe quoted us over 6x higher than comparable services in the marketplace for sewer repair, and through questionable business practices, at best. I've asked them to kindly never contact us again or visit our property.
$700 to replace my elderly neighbor's toilet flapper valve. Even if you replace all the toilet innards, it's less than $30 for the parts and a half hour of labor. No wonder they have all these 1-star reviews.
Way Overpriced. Had them out to replace a leaky shutoff valve; pretty straight forward on an exposed pipe. They wanted to charge me $760, had it done the next day by another company for $550.
