Alex M came on time and we were texted before hand. He was polite professional and knowledgeable. He switched out our kitchen and bathroom faucets for us quickly, cleanly and took all the old parts away. Great experience! Would recommend to anyone.

Technician was very knowledged. He explained the process well, and what my options were. Mostly, I felt that he was very trustable. That means alot to me Woul;d recommend this technician for anyone with plumbing needs.

Near the end of my flood remodel these guys came in like a ray of sunshine. To say I’m tired of being under construction for 2 months is an understatement, so it was such a relief to hire kind, thorough, professional, and reasonably priced plumbers. They installed a new throne with bidet and a pedestal sink and I am so relieved. I chose to buy through them because I want a complete warranty. I had a faucet that didn’t work and they even rushed one out to my place while the toilet was being installed do it could all be done the same day! Can not describe how grateful I am after construction fatigue. And ladies, ask for Kurt or John (the only two I’ve met) as I felt incredibly safe in their presence. I just hope they add a female plumber to the team!

We had several issues with the old laundry tub we had. We ended up having the entire thing replaced witha new faucet, new drain, etc. We also had several leaks that Alex took care of. He was very nice, explained everything well and cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Affinity.

Woke up yesterday morning to wet floors in our laundry room, bathroom, toy room and family room which all surround our small utility room. Apparently, during our water softener regeneration process, it decided to take a dump. Needless to say, we contacted Clay Monsrude and his team immediately in the morning and he had a technician at our house by mid morning. They investigated and the softener needed to be replaced, which the technician, Mike, completed today, by 1:30 in the afternoon. He had to clean out our clogged floor drain too, due to the resin from the water softener.
Mike was awesome to work with and knew his stuff.
They replaced our water heater a couple weeks ago as well, when that 18 year developed a leak that you couldn’t fix. I really appreciate them fitting us into their schedule during these unscheduled emergencies!!

Had a small emergency that was beyond my capabilities. Jane had Alex out here in about an hour and he was awesome (very personable and friendly), found the issue, fixed the problem, and it was reasonably priced. 10/10 would use again. Thank you all so much!

Mike was very polite, friendly and professional. He came in and wrote up a couple of different options for the needed repair. Once selected, he got right to work and was completed in about an hour. He kept the work area clean and gave a few suggestions on other things I can do to avoid future problems.

Kurt was friendly and explained everything thoroughly and presented us options for replacing our water softener. Pricing was transparent, but also higher than we thought a new water softener would be. Job was done efficiently. I would trust Affinity if we had plumbing needs in the future.

First time using Affinity Plumbing. Alex was friendly and very thorough in his explanation as to what he was recommending and why. He also gave me two choices at two different price points. Would definitely use them again.

I had what I considered a minor issue with some sticky valves which turned out to be a pretty big deal. Alex, the Plummer resolved that issue and increased our water pressure a bunch. As I was discussing with him on another issue he used his ingenuity and experience to get water to my ice maker which was in a difficult position. Thank Alex!!!

Working with Affinity has been a pleasure. We first had water filter issues and called them earlier this year. They came out, assessed the situation, and helped us find a resolution that fit within our budget.

About a month later, we had an unrelated issue with our sump pump and once again, they got someone out there right away to do the work.

I trust everyone who works there. They do great work, have excellent customer service, and are always able to get someone out the next day if not the same day I call. Even more, I believe they actually want to solve problems for us long term, which is very important to us. I will continue to use them for many years to come. Big fan.

Affinity is not only my first pluming call it’s my only. They are prompt, courteous, and transparent on pricing. The work is done efficiently and neatly with respect of my property and my time. We had a whole home carbon filter installed in our new home along with a few minor repairs. Kurt is prompt, courteous and always makes sure the job is done right.

Excellent experience from the first phone call to the inspection. The estimate was right in the zone so we decided on Affinity and scheduled. Very professional workmanship. The job was completed faster than anticipated and on budget. Carl (plumbing) and Garrett (concrete) did a fantastic job. I am a former contractor, City building inspector and MN State Certified Building Official (retired). I watched the work closely and wasn't afraid to comment! My referral would be gladly given!

Mike was a true rockstar stellar from beginning to end extremely respectful from the beginning, putting on his booties walking through the house. Detailed with his explanation, extremely knowledgeable, got the job done same day!
