I had Affinity Plumbing out this week. They installed a leak detector/shut off valve in my basement utility room. They did a fantastic job and while they were here, I had them replace a couple basement shut off valves for my outdoor water lines. Very happy with the work they did.

Kurt showed up and quickly diagnosed what was going on with our hot water pressure. He walked me through his thought process and asked me good questions to get to the route of the problem.

Without hesitation he was constantly going above and beyond to figure out how to fix the issue and help me make sure I knew his thought process. Pressure got better and fortunately this time it wasn’t anything major, and he gave me a great price for the amount of work it was and how much it would have cost for any other quotes I got.

Highly recommend. In past interactions everyone at Affinity Plumbing has been awesome.

First time working with them and it seems like they have an excellent team. Got scheduled the next day for water heater replacement, which was under warranty, and they knocked it out same day. While it was unexpected, it was certainly appreciated along with their great work.

Fantastic service and good pricing. Tech was really knowledgeable and wanted to figure out how to make repairs perfectly at lowest cost possible. Absolutely definitely recommend. Thorough excellent work.

Excellent service and reasonable cost. The service man looked at the setup of pipes and where the old water softener was located . Told me of a different location where there was plenty of room for the softener and fill tank. I agreed. He also replaced some crimped copper line with a new one and a new shutoff valve that goes to the dryer. He also moved the black gas line that comes off the furnace and goes to three separate l pop locations. That black gas line positioned out into the walking area and where the furnace filter was . I have hit my head on it many times. He checked for leaks and everything was done. He was not pushing at, just gave me the options when we discussed the insulation process. Grade A work. I would recommend them anytime.

Mike the technician was courteous and professional and put liners down to protect our flooring before the start of our water softener system. Mike was also very good about explaining how the system works and if I had any questions! Cleaned up when he was done. This is the customer service of days gone by. Highly recommend Affinity.

Ryan quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the repair before proceeding. He performed quality work and showed me how to operate the new valve to handle winterizing the system. I will be using Affinity for all of my future plumbing issues.

From the moment they picked up the phone to the moment the job was finished, we couldn’t have been more impressed. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and quick! Kurt, our plumbing guy, explained the problem and gave us options, completed the job and even answered a couple of questions regarding other concerns. We will call them every time we have needs, for sure. Thank you guys.

Ryan arrived ready to work. He quickly found the problem and installed a new garbage disposal. He was professional and personable. I highly recommend Ryan and Affinity! I will be calling them if I have any other plumbing issues.

Excellent first time customer experience! Mike was on time, very polite and friendly and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained and showed me his work. Pricing was shocking but not overall surprising. So happy our toilets and faucets are not leaking anymore!

Great service! Ryan came out and put in water shut-off valves under our bathroom sink. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and pleasant. We now consider him as “our plumber” and wouldn’t consider using anyone else!

This is my second time working with Affinity Plumbing and I am very pleased with the entire experience again. I had a tight timeline to resolve issues and everything went very smoothly. From the time I called until work was completed was less than 24 hours. The woman I spoke at the office was so pleasant and accommodating.
And the plumber (Mike) was exceptional! He went above and beyond and was happy to explain things to me. He helped me a lot!

Kurt was very professional and helpful with deciding how to fix my problems with the toilets. He said was kind and willing to teach me a few things about what he was doing to repair the toilets. Took the time to explain everything to me and gave me options as well. He answered some other questions I had as well.

We got the $69 home inspection with Mike and were very impressed by his professionalism and the options he presented to us. He was very personable. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Affinity plumbing in the best way.

The service at affinity was outstanding. The tech came out and explained the entire process before starting the work and kept me posted with updates along the way. The tech did an amazing job on fixing the plumbing issue and was able to fit into an extremely tight space. Would highly recommend to anyone out there!

Carl was punctual, extremely friendly, and genuinely happy to let me watch and learn as he worked, which I really appreciated. We hired him to fix a shower handle that I had attempted to install myself but didn’t quite get right as well as install a new laundry sink faucet. He was incredibly efficient, kept the work area spotless the entire time, and did an excellent job correcting the issue. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. I was impressed from start to finish and will absolutely be calling Affinity Plumbing again for my next plumbing job. Highly recommend Carl and the whole Affinity team!

I called Affinity for a potential water jetting service to unfreeze a frozen pipe. I had received a quote from a competitor that I thought seemed very high. I learned Affinity does not offer water jetting services. However, they took the time to check on if the pricing felt reasonable and quickly informed me that the quote was indeed high. Affinity then referred me to their preferred vendor (who came in at a much lower price). I couldn't be more appreciative of Affinity and the time they took for a non-customer. They've definitely earned my future business! I will be going back to them in the future if I ever need a plumber. Thank you so much!
