Best team I have had to do yard and snow work completeed,my yard is my top concern that I am retired

Excellent professional reliable company. 5 star work every single week.

I will never use Curb Appeal of Mapleton MN I have found an owner to be dishonest and misleading. Choose Precision. Dont use Curb Appeal.

Best in class. Honest. Trustworthy.
I've referred my clients to Precision Yard for years with great results.

Great workers. Sociable. Excellent workers and excellent results. Great ideas. Very neat and total clean-up. Overall, wonderful experience.

Precision Yard Services is still working on cleaning up our recent 10" snowfall at "Springs of Apple Valley" 3 days later. Plow operators have damaged multiple things on the property including trees, fire hydrants, and fences. The night the snow wrapped up the plow operator seemingly gave up on plowing leaving the roads impassible with large piles of snow in the middle of roads, behind cars, and in front of garage doors.

They do amazing work great ppl to have working on your yard

I have had this company come out twice to my house and both times I have been very satisfied with their service. I will have them doing some more work. Polite, efficient, perfect. Thank you gentlemen.

Great customer service. I will hire Precision again!

Extremely pricey and the owner was very coy when I questioned whether they were able to privide a standard market price for the service. Owner adamantly quoted a less than 1/3 acre yard for OVER $75.00. After shopping around a bit, was able to find a much better and cost effective lawn service for less than half the money.

Happy for them that they have too much business. On a positive note, this would be a great place to work, as the owner stated he pays his guys $30.00+ per hour.

Brad had a vision for our rotted out railroad tie landscaping that no one else was able to present to us. Adam and the rest of the team were attentive, professional and exceeded our expectations.

We intend to use your services again to replace our lower patio. Thank you. The Moores.

I highly Recommend Precision Yard... 👌.. they did an Excellent Job .. Great people .who.interact and listen to the Customer and Needs as Needed.. Addressed my issue with a Follow up and Immediately took care of it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their experience and services they provided to my yard.

Precision yard services is new to our neighborhood in keeping the weeds pulled from our center circle. They did not pull them this year. Only sprayed them so now they’re just dead weeds. It’s unfortunate because it has been kept up the last few years with the last service we had…. we pay for this service and now it just looks ugly!

Very satisfied with every step of the process with PYS. one of the only services that was highly responsive to my quote request. Owner is prior service, Thank you! He came to assess the job timely and was up front about the quoting process and honored any and all special requests I had along the way. Open to discussion about the amount of material needed for the job and openly charged me for material used instead of hiding fees of materials within a over quote. Consumers needs to understand the quote for dirt needs to start high and work down you can't be sort. Scheduling was within my required constraints. Now the laborer's that came and did the job were top notch! Dan's crew was very hard working, polite, and did an amazing job in the over 100 degree temps. Pricing was as anticipated as I had done my research on the material used and the labor was worth every penny to not do that work myself. I have told all my neighbors if they want to keep up with the Jones' on my block they need PYS!

This company is the best! They kept me informed and their workers were friendly and very skilled. When they found out that the owner is a disabled vet that is housebound, they were very generous and helped us out. I will forever be grateful and would highly recommend this company.

Precision did a great job with regrading our yard to help with water drainage - it had been a problem for 20+ years, and it is much better. They also reinforced some existing landscaping with more dirt and rock. The replacement sod has come in perfectly. I would highly recommend Precison to come up with solutions and improvements to your yard and landscaping.

PYS has been one of the most professional and excellent companies with which I've ever dealt. Their customer service and work quality are impeccable. I wish I had known about them sooner. We had spring cleanup, complete top-dressing of all of our mulch, and weekly mowing. Satisfaction is off the charts. Thank you, Precision Yard Services, Co!!

Working with Precision Yard Services was an absolute breeze from start to finish! Brad and his team were professional, prompt, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.
We hired them for a full landscaping project that included installing a patio, a fire pit, and hydroseeding the entire yard—and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Brad’s attention to detail and commitment to quality was obvious every step of the way. He took the time to understand what we wanted and made the whole process stress-free. If you're looking for top-notch landscaping work and a team that’s reliable, responsive, and easy to work with, look no further than Precision Yard Services!

Bruce & his crew were great, attentive to details. Would recommend highly, thanks again!
