Constraction reviews in Lake Elmo, Minnesota

Great job! Brett is awesome!!

Amazing company, fairly priced and outstanding work!

They went out of the way to get it done in a day because I live 2 hours away. Great job.

We love the colors, the job was done well, we would gladly have Brett and his son again. Many thanks. Leila Allison and Jerry Bednarek

I would highly recommend Pro Performance Painting & Decorating LLC for any painting project you might have! I hired them to re-finish a ceiling that had water damage and the mad it look like it never happened!

They painted our kitchen cabinets, and they look brand new! They were able to start the project a few days early and got it done before the original start date! Very knowledgeable about and explained the whole process so we could understand.

Brett did a fantastic job on finishing and painting my garage. He did what he said he would do and provided valuable recommendations. Would use again and I highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Brett. The quality of work was above that we have experienced with previous contractors. We would contract his company for future projects.

Pro Performance did an outstanding job repainting our entire home (5 bed, 2 bath). I was concerned about quality given the detail needed in every nook and cranny, but they did a flawless job throughout and were very communicative throughout on timing and progress. 5 stars all around.

Brett and his Team did an excellent job on painting interior enameled windows and exterior trim on our home. We are very pleased and would recommend them for their overall professionalism and competitive cost. They were flexible during some challenging times with other work being done on the house. Highly recommend them!

Hired them for my basement remodel which included painting ceilings, walls, doors and trim. Beautiful work with great lines! They sprayed the trim in place to give a seamless finish. Brett communicated constantly about progress and any changes that were needed. They even came out on a Saturday to keep the project on time. Would definitely recommend!

Brett and his crew did an excellent job. High quality work, on-time, and made sure we were completely satisfied with job. We had multiple interior rooms painted, walls, ceilings and trim. Brett ensured we got the look we wanted. Highly recommend.

Brett and his crew were fantastic. Excellent value, very high quality work, on-time, and they made sure we were happy about even detail which was over and above what we've come to expect using other contractors. We had multiple interior rooms painted, garage doors stained and a front door painted. Brett ensured we got the look we wanted. And their clean-up was immaculate. Highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed.

Brett was very responsive and worked our job into his schedule to keep our remodeling project on track. They did a great job painting our vaulted ceiling and walls in our main living space. We will definitely work with Pro Performance on future projects. Thanks Brett & crew!

We hired Brett and his team three times to do exterior/interior painting and dry wall repair and they did an excellent job. This is a newer commercial building and we needed 6 large bay (rolling doors) and a used shipping container painted to match the building exterior. Brett did a great job with color match the building now looks perfect! We also hired Brett and his team to fix the interior paint on our staircases and office doors and door jams - these were not primed properly by the building construction crew and were pealing. Brett and his team identified the problem, did the color match and now the interior is like new! We hired Brett and his team a third time to fix a major drywall hole and that was done promptly and professionally - like new. I would highly recommend Brett and his team for any of your commercial painting and/or drywall needs.

We wanted our shutters repainted. Brett gave his experts opinion on which paint we should use as well very informative on the processes. He got the project done in a timely manner and would recommend his company to anyone who needs painting done. Thanks Brett for all your hard work!

We believe in supporting local businesses and giving second chances to individuals with criminal records. However, our experience with Pro Performance, Whitney, and Brett was extremely unprofessional—unlike any contractor experience we’ve had before. They painted our home the wrong color, left it half-finished for weeks, and when they finally returned in late fall, they continued using the wrong color. They assured us they would correct it in the spring, leaving our home in this state for six months, but they never followed through—even after we offered to pay more. Ultimately, they failed to honor their commitment, and we had to seek another professional to complete the job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this business to our neighbors, friends, and family.

Brett with Pro Performance did amazing work for us. He reached out to us after my son, fallen Burnsville Police Officer Matthew Ruge, was killed in the line of duty. Brett offered his service to help us with some projects.

The main project he did for us was to paint the outside window trim of Matt's house, which made the house fantastic! I can't thank this company enough. Getting Matt's house ready to sell was extremely difficult, but the work Brett provided made all difference. Thank you Pro Performance!!

I worked with Black River Stone to fix a drainage issue along my house, build a patio, and replace a set of rotting railroad tie steps along the cabin.

Gabe and Max were awesome to work with. They suggested a flagstone patio, with layered blue/brown natural stone steps. They also suggested we do a natural stone curb around the entire patio to add some durability.

The crew showed up on the day we had scheduled the project and they were done ahead of schedule. Their attention to detail on the entire project was great, especially on the stone work. They also regraded the entire driveway and added some material into the low spots.

We had a great experience working with these young men on our backyard pool landscaping project. Hardworking, prompt, courteous, and lot's of great ideas. Highly recommend!

Max was amazing to work with. My fence blew down in a windstorm and he was very helpful in figuring out what the right thing to do was. Through the entire project from figuring out what we wanted to dealing with the insurance company he knew exactly how to do all of it to perfection. You got a returning customer out of me! THANK YOU!
