We've been using WhanGreen Prestige for over a year now and they've done a fantastic job every time. We've never found even a speck of dirt left after they've cleaned our house. And they are so fast too! By far the best house cleaners we've ever had.

I'm going to echo what others said, I only wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I had him come to the house. I bought the 6 room Groupon and wound up with a bill for over $800. What in the world?

SCAM! He quoted me $210 after a $30 Groupon. He said that the type of carpet I have is rare, which is not the case. I have a low-pile carpet, used almost everywhere. Also he did not wear a mask inside my home which is irresponsible and inconsiderate. DO NOT USE

I usually don't take the time to write a review but please know what you're getting: There will be significant upcharges when Mitch arrives. He says that he's made it clear that "pre-treating" is required but never goes over what the price increase will be until he's on site. The price will likely triple immediately judging from all other reviewers. Now everyone has the right to run their business how they want and use things like Groupon to get their foot in the door and then change things up. I'm not necessarily slamming that although I don't agree with it. His behavior and demeanor are very unprofessional if he encounters any push-back about this tactic. If you value where your money is going and who you spend time with, I would stay away from this individual. There is a notable lack of care and competence with how he runs his business. Okay. Off my soap box and onto more positivity...

I bought a Groupon and scheduled it. No communication until I called them in the scheduled day. After coming they gave me another quote if more that $200 for 3 rooms even after I paid for 5 rooms in Groupon. I didn't use their service. So, be careful before booking them.

Horrible work , carpet is really dirty after $300 for 3 rooms. I was a little suspicious after he had me pay him cash before he started working. I feel really bad for trashing my money. He told me that he has been in that business for 20 years, no one can clean the carpet better than him. He had me pay $250 after the $50 Groupon. I wish it the best.

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON. We bought the Groupon for this service. We originally scheduled for a Wednesday and this guy called and canceled the day before citing equipment issues. He left a voicemail the following Thursday stating he was going to cancel our appointment if I did not call him back. Confusing since we had not yet rescheduled from when he originally canceled. Called him back and we rescheduled for two weeks out. Then he called me again stating he needed to reschedule again to when he can borrow equipment from someone else. I complied to what worked for him. He did not call to cancel again, but never showed up at our place at the time he stated he would. He does redeem the Groupon prior to performing the service which was super shady.

I did let him know that we require masking to enter our home so maybe that’s why he didn’t show. We both work in intensive care and I’ve literally performed CPR wearing much more PPE than just a mask. No excuses. Overall horrible experience with this guy. Based on the reviews, it seems we got lucky in that he did not end up coming to our home. It seems he does charge hundreds more than the Groupon rate. I did notify Groupon and they refunded me, and they are sending his listing to their review board based on these Google Reviews.
