    I called this company to come out and look at moving some ductwork on a project. They gave a 3 hour window and charged a $150 service fee. Never got a phone call. I had to call, and only then did they say they wanted to reschedule after the 3 hour window had already past. Complete garbage for customer service.

    I have got the ac installed for my house. They came and inspect my unit free of charge not like other companies which charge upfront for a visit. They gave me the better option for the replacement of AC. I choose to go for a unit that has more life and efficiency. It was little costly then the cheaper option but in the end it was the right decision. I recommend them if you required the better option and relief in life.

    I would look at other companies. Had them out to look at my garage heater, they made it out two days later which was great. I had to call the manager to interpret what I was saying so the technician and I could communicate. They diagnosed and replaced a part that apparently was the problem, $20 part two screws and a $300 bill. 10 minutes after they left I checked to make sure the heater was operating, it was not. They came back out 1-2 hours later and diagnosed for a while then left without saying anything and my garage wide open with the heater actually on. I called asking if it was repaired, he stated the mother board was bad and they needed to get pricing. The company then stated if it malfunctions again to call back right away (no idea why). Woke up the next morning to no heat. I called company back like they instructed, stated they are still waiting on pricing and to sit tight. One week later of not hearing from them and no heat I called and left a message, two plus hours I get a call back stating something totally different needs to be replaced and it will be another $$$. The only positive I can say about this company is they came out two days later to inspect the heater.
