Joe was very friendly and experienced. He took his time to address all of our questions in a clear way. He spent a lot of time examining our units. Was very impressed and will highly recommend.

I called this company to come out and look at moving some ductwork on a project. They gave a 3 hour window and charged a $150 service fee. Never got a phone call. I had to call, and only then did they say they wanted to reschedule after the 3 hour window had already past. Complete garbage for customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Reliance Heating & Cooling which began and ended with technician spending quality time explaining options that would give me the desired level of warmth, comfort and efficiency. I was especially pleased with the professionalism and the service provided.

I have got the ac installed for my house. They came and inspect my unit free of charge not like other companies which charge upfront for a visit. They gave me the better option for the replacement of AC. I choose to go for a unit that has more life and efficiency. It was little costly then the cheaper option but in the end it was the right decision. I recommend them if you required the better option and relief in life.

I would look at other companies. Had them out to look at my garage heater, they made it out two days later which was great. I had to call the manager to interpret what I was saying so the technician and I could communicate. They diagnosed and replaced a part that apparently was the problem, $20 part two screws and a $300 bill. 10 minutes after they left I checked to make sure the heater was operating, it was not. They came back out 1-2 hours later and diagnosed for a while then left without saying anything and my garage wide open with the heater actually on. I called asking if it was repaired, he stated the mother board was bad and they needed to get pricing. The company then stated if it malfunctions again to call back right away (no idea why). Woke up the next morning to no heat. I called company back like they instructed, stated they are still waiting on pricing and to sit tight. One week later of not hearing from them and no heat I called and left a message, two plus hours I get a call back stating something totally different needs to be replaced and it will be another $$$. The only positive I can say about this company is they came out two days later to inspect the heater.

When I found out I needed a new furnace I was less than thrilled but Joe with Reliance Heating & Cooling made it easy and quick to get everything done. Really impressed with their attention to detail and everything not only works great but it looks neat and well put together too. I would definitely recommend Reliance Heating & Cooling.

Reliance Heating & Cooling did a remarkable job installing my new heat pump. They came right on time and were able to finish their work within 2 days.They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done.Will highly recommend them.

The technician was very professional and did a good job.
They were quick to respond, however $249 for a service call fee and a simple capacitor replacement cost of $549.00. I have been without air for three days in this 90 degree heat and had no choice but to pay them.
According to other HVAC providers, the capacitor should not have exceeded $300. Not impressed with the $800.

If you need to replace or install a new air conditioner /heater then Reliance Heating & Cooling is the right company to hire. I called them for my heater installation and they were right here the next day.Prior to that, I called 3 other companies and got three estimates and Reliance Heating & Cooling was very competitive.The work was impressive and completed on time.Joe and Greg were the installers they even hauled away the old unit. They were prompt, efficient and dependable. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I've used several HVAC companies in the past, but none have provided the level of service that this company did.

A family member of mine waited days, even a week, for someone to call him back about his A/C. He was charge $90 just for someone to LOOK at his A/C and was told there were multiple things broken that needed to be replaced. Then when the person called him back after waiting four days to a week for a call back after he had called every day since the person came out and looked at it, the person LAUGHED at my family member telling him to calm down stating he just had a second to look at the missed calls. So you mean to tell me, after almost two weeks of WAITING for someone to call my family member back after he had called multiple times a day for those two weeks, NO ONE had a chance to look at the missed calls or voicemails in those two weeks? Ridiculous. Never trusting these people after they just charged my family member $90 just to come out and have a look then not bother giving him a call back.

They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to help me get my heating and air conditioning system up and running again in no time at all! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning services!

Excellent air conditioner installation. They were on time and explained how they were going to install my unit. They worked all day till the job was done. They were very professional and when the job was done they picked up all the trash. The work was done to my expectations.

Our household was very pleased with your Sunlight Heating & Cooling. Within 45 minutes, we were being served. The problem was fairly simple and did not require extra or replacement parts. The specialist was very factual and elaborated what needed to be done meticulously!!

I had called to get my furnace fixed because it was being finicky and not saying on and blowing cold air. I had Blake come out. He tapped around with his screw driver and blew the hoses. He said the error code was for a low pressure switch. He closed the furnace back up and it turned on. So he left and told me to call him if it stops again and he’ll get the parts and come fix it. It did stop working that evening and I texted him letting him know I would need to get it fixed. He said it would cost 200 for parts and 100 for labor, on top of the 150 i already paid for him to come out. I looked up the part online and it was a 50 dollar part. So they wanted 450 for a simple switch replacement. At this point I felt a little helpless and taken, but my kids were freezing and I needed it done! So I talked to Blake and he said he’d be able to come and do the fix. About 5 hours later I called him to see when he would be here. My kids were in hats and jackets by this time. He told me he wasn't going to come after all. He got too busy. Mind you they’ve already taken 150 dollars and did nothing but tap around with a screwdriver.
I ended up having to call another company to come out and do the fix.
I would never use this company again.
The technician didn’t even bother to take his dirty shoes off when he came in. I have brand new carpeting.
It took me all day long to get a callback from the manager so I can be refunded on the service that wasn’t preformed.

Dennis from Sunlight Heating & Cooling replaced the coil on our AC unit today. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends with heating and cooling needs. Excellent!!

Furnace went out over the weekend, so I called and left a message. Dennis showed up on time at the agreed upon time. He diagnosed the problem and solved it.He also solved the noise issue that was coming from our heater. Very satisfied with the service and friendliness shown by Dennis and would recommend highly.

Dennis and his colleague came out today and did a fantastic job replacing my furnace. They definitely, take pride in what they do and it shows in their high quality workmanship! Who would have thought a furnace installation could be so pleasing? Highly recommended!! Keep it up guys!!
