Jack was super helpful. I’m a new homeowner so he walked me through the Navien boiler system to ensure confidence. He answered the phone quickly and was able to service the boiler within 45 minutes of me calling. Great service, would recommend!

They were very helpful over the phone on a Saturday evening when I decided to check and change the anode rod in my water heater. It seemed like a diy task that was right up my alley but the top of the rod broke off when try to remove the old rod. I had not even considered that possibility so I had no idea what to do. They walked me through the steps to remedy the situation and I was able to finish the job! I really appreciated their help and would definitely recommend them for their knowledge and no hesitation willingness to help. They can definitely expect my future business!

Jack was very prompt, thorough in his assessment of our issue, provided a clear explanation of our options, and did not try to sell us services we did not need. We will definitely be calling Predictable for our future plumbing needs.

Had a Navien tankless water heater installed by Predictable Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the system inside and out. Everything was set up the right way—from gas pressure calibration to venting—and he took the time to explain how to use and maintain the unit. The installation was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. Highly recommend if you want quality work from someone who takes it seriously.

Fantastic experience. Jack helped fix problems with my kitchen sink drain in my old St. Paul 100 year home. Replaced some diy plumbing. Showed up on time, easy to schedule, and I knew the price before he began work. 5 stars! Thank you.

Jack performed admirably and went far above the norm in customer service in assisting us in obtaining Navien parts for my 2017 Navien NHB-080 Combi boiler/water heater

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Predictable Plumbing! From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and incredibly efficient. The technician arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that lives up to its name, but they truly are predictable in the best way—reliable, transparent, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Had a noisy faucet and reached out to Predictable Plumbing to check it out. Jack quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the fix and cost clearly, and got the job done with the right parts. Very professional, easy to work with, and overall a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency recently when my sump pump suddenly started spewing out water—it was overwhelming, to say the least. I reached out to Predictable Plumbing, expecting the usual runaround or pressure to book an urgent (and expensive) service call. But what I got instead was something rare: genuine honesty and real help.

From the very beginning, the plumber kept it honest with me. He didn't try to upsell me or create unnecessary panic. Instead, he calmly and clearly walked me through the issue step-by-step over the phone, helping me troubleshoot it on my own. And here’s what really impressed me: even after we resolved the issue, he offered to follow up and check in to make sure everything stayed in good shape.

That kind of integrity is hard to find. Predictable Plumbing is by far one of the most honest and reliable plumbing companies I’ve ever worked with. They earned my trust completely, and I won’t hesitate to call them again for any future needs.

If you're looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cares, this is the team to call. Highly recommended!
