I was fortunate enough to have Jack Matilla work on my tub today. I really enjoyed his expertise, friendliness and professionalism. This young man is top-notch and your company should be very proud that he is employed with you. He explained everything he did….installed everything professionally and perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the job he performed. He replaced a new spout, a new water controller, and a new showerhead. What was also amazing was he completely cleaned up the area when he was done. vacuumed up any loose particles….so impressed! thank you again for your excellent work Jack.

A contactor had Jack install a vanity faucet and drain for us as part of a larger home remodeling project. We had him come back to reroute a water line from our utility room to our refrigerator and, while he was working on that, he noticed that an RPZ that another plumber recently installed lacked a necessary air gap and drain line leading from the RPZ's vent to a nearby drain. He got all three projects done quickly and we're very happy with the work! He also provided a number of replacement options for when our old water heater eventually bites the dust.

I had a new sump pump and backup put in before spring time. Jack made the process easy and did a thorough job. He is someone that I trust having in my home, and that I am happy to have found for future needs.

Jack told me straight up that the valves were probably still ok even after 30 years, a little tightening job would fix the leak. I appreciated the straight shooting. However, I proceeded to replace them after that amount of time so I won’t have to think about them ever again.
Jack is professional, honest, efficient and personable. This was my first time using Jack but if I need another service, or plumbing need I will be calling Jack. I have been without a good contact since last good plumber retired.

I had Jack come back to replace a water softener/filter system along with a toilet replacement as he did such a great job previously. I don't normally write reviews but he did such a great job putting in my sink/removing garbage disposal along with managing some unexpected problems that I had to make a comment. He was on time, professional, honest and I am glad I found him for my plumbing needs.

We called Predictable Plumbing on a Saturday because our sump pump alarm was going off. Jack answered immediately! He was willing to schedule a visit immediately but helped us troubleshoot various solutions and arrived promptly on Monday morning to take a look. He is very knowledgeable and explains the issues well to someone who has never had a sump pump before. Predictable Plumbing is definitely our go to plumber from now on!!
