Jake was absolutely fantastic, super communicative, patient in answering all our questions, and great at explaining the process from start to finish. He made us feel confident and supported the entire way! We love our new roof and would recommend Presidential to everyone.

Presidential Construction was recommended to me for insurance claims on my roof, from both a neighbor's tree as well as a separate hailstorm damage claim. This was a difficult procedure with my insurance company as there were two claims and two different adjusters. I was assigned Aaron Longtin as my project manager. He did an excellent job of presenting my case to the insurance company and was able to convince the insurer to approve both claims. He did all the documentation the insurance company needed, which even entailed removing a shingle from a slippery second floor roof in March. He promptly addressed all my questions and concerns. Installation went seamlessly. He was there through the installation, and his crew were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Finally, when part of his crew had an auto issue in front of my home at 9 pm that night, he came twenty-five miles from his home to mine with battery jumper cables, to aid his installation team. That says a lot! A great experience! Thank you Aaron for all your hard work.

The entire process was easy from beginning to end. In the past, other companies had given up when they heard who our insurer was, but Zane showed us some financing options that were quite reasonable and we were finally able to get our roof done! Scheduling was quick and they finished up in less than a day. Zane even came back the next day to double check that all the nails were picked up. Hopefully I don’t need another roof anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Presidential.

It was nice to have Josh show up right after the hail. I had been wondering about damage and sure enough, the roof was damaged. My insurance company covered a new roof which was great. And Josh got us in before winter just in time. Two crews came and put our new roof on in one day's time. So now we are safe this winter.

Presidential Construction did an outstanding job on our roof, siding, and gutter replacement. Our project manager, Michael, was highly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked with our insurance company on our hail damage claim, recommended the most beautiful siding for our 100+ year old home, was very detail-oriented, and checked in daily during the construction process. I was also so impressed by the crew; they are true craftsman and I didn't know my home could look so nice. I could not recommend Presidential Construction enough, and am very grateful we were able to work with such a trustworthy team on the home we love so much.

We were very pleased with Presidential Construction. They recently replaced our roof and some siding. The crew was respectful, efficient and worked hard doing a wonderful job on our home. They used good quality products and it looks great. We were especially appreciative and impressed with our project manager, Michael Bresnahan. Michael did a great job. He went above and beyond from the initial inspection and working with our insurance company to the final details. He was always helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with our questions, considerate and thorough. Michael was very good at communicating and keeping us in the loop. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interest and that he cared about our project and us. He took extra steps giving of his time and talents to help with details to complete the project. Michael does his job with excellence. He is a great guy, congenial, easy to work with and an outstanding project manager. As the picture shows, he stayed after his crew left to finalize the clean up process.

Working with Puetz painting was amazing! Moses and Tony were knowledgeable, professional and by the time our kitchen renovation was completed they felt like family. Moses has a wealth of knowledge from painting to electrical, plumbing, design and will lend suggestions that are based in functionality and value. My only words of advice is to plan well in advance… Puetz’s reputation means they are booking out months in advance… that’s hardly a negative if you want a well thought out and budget friendly project.

Puetz Painting and Renovation completed an exterior painting job for us and we are SO happy with the results. They repaired and replaced areas of our wood siding that were in bad shape, made sure our flashing and things that were previously done wrong were righted. The attention to detail and making sure things are done right was so appreciated and the final paint job looks amazing! I purchased carpet at a reasonable price and they handled the installation last November. The install was terrible! very poor workmanship.....I am disappointed. I have not yet shampooed it and I am afraid all the seams will come apart. I can see where the seams are and they did a patch job in my living room, which is coming up. I would not recommend having them install carpet for you.

My wife and I had a horrible experience here this past summer that involved a simple exterior door/storm door purchase/installation that took over 5 months due to various issues. However, I met with Lisa today about the issue and she did what she could to resolve it. We appreciate her and management for coming through with a solution to this problem!
