Spoke with sales manager Josh Turnquist about getting our free standing garage sided. We settled on vinyl siding. wrapped with house wrap and sided in in the cold. I was skeptical of doing it in the cold but Josh assured me it wouldn't be an issue and it wasn't. It went fast and looks great! The city was harassing us about the leftover materials which were there for 6 hours (City of Crystal is horrible!). Josh immediately came himself and picked it up. They were very hands on and I highly recommend them!

Drew Eik the Sr. Project Mgr. and Jason Evans the Production Mgr. for Presidential Construction did an outstanding job overseeing the extensive repair and replacement work on our home from a hail and wind storm. That work included a new roof, siding, soffits, facia, gutters, down spouts and rewrapping all the window trim. It looks amazing.

We didn’t even know we had storm damage, and we’re so grateful that Robin, from Presidential Construction, knocked on our door! He has taken care of everything needed for this big project - start to finish. Presidential construction used quality crews for both the siding and roof. Working with George Bunnell on our hail repairs was a smooth and rewarding experience. He was very responsive and diligent in communicating with the insurance company, and we were very impressed with the roofing and gutter contractors. All repair projects were done extremely well, and George stopped by on site to check in periodically. We are very pleased with the results of new roof and gutters on our house! If we need repairs in the future, we’ll be calling George and Presidential Construction!

I used Presidential Construction to replace the roof on my house (st louis park) which was damaged in a hail storm in August 2023. Brad Keiter was the person who handled my job from beginning to end. Brad did a great job and i would recommend him as project manager, and Presidential to do the roof. He inspected my roof, found damage, and guided me through the insurance process. Brad came out the day the insurance inspector came to look at my house. We all know that the insurance companies dont like to pay claims and their inspectors will often 'not see' damage, which was what i initially experienced, even though Brad was right there pointing out damage. So, Brad came back another day, and took close up photos of damaged shingles, the photos having 'white lines' which was fiberglass strands poking up from the hail damage. Brad had me initiate an appeal for reinspection....and provided said photos for insurance company review. A few weeks later, a different inspector called to arrange a follow up inspection. I let Brad know, and Brad arrived to meet the new inspector while he did his inspection. This time, the inspector did not overlook the damage and a complete reroof of the house and garage was approved. Brad was very helpful directly interacting with the ins company, providing and handling the quote, and invoice details. Brad initiated the permit. He knew exactly what to do with every aspect, it was very easy for me. Brad was on site the day my roof was installed, and sending me text photos of the progress while i was at work. Brad took care of the details that popped up along the way, needing plywood sheathing per code, and interacting with the ins company to make make sure everything was on the invoice. Brad was very patient and pleasant as we worked out the little details. Id give them 10 stars if i could.

I would like to start this review by saying Alex Klinefelter was by far the best representative of a company we have ever had the benefit of working with. Over the years I have done all my home-remodeling work myself, but as I have gotten older, I have used contractors. Alex Klinefelter and Presidential Construction were a rare combination of honesty, integrity, and service everyone should look for. Alex Klinefelter always communicated the details of the project, Alex Klinefelter was always on time, and Alex Klinefelter always explained the details in a way both my wife and I could understand. Alex Klinefelter bought samples of our choice, to our house TWICE and Alex Klinefelter went out of his way to deliver them. When I changed a scheduled meeting, without any hesitation Alex Klinefelter arranged for his supervisor to meet me because Alex could not be there. I would like everyone to know if you have a project you need to do, call Presidential Construction and ask for Alex Klinefelter. You will not be disappointed in Alex Klinefelter or Presidential Construction. Thank You Alex Klinefelter and thank you Presidential Construction. I most forgot, Alex Klinefelter was instrumental in getting the insurance company to agree to pay additional charges for work that was not apparent or listed in the initial appraisal and quote. Working with Bo Schmitz was hands-down one of the easiest and most stress-free experiences I’ve had with any contractor. From start to finish, the entire roofing process was incredibly smooth and well-managed. Bo was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also extremely helpful every step of the way.

Presidential Construction did a great job on our roof replacement. Our project manager, George handled everything. He worked directly with our insurance company and made sure we were informed of how everything was progressing in the process. Whenever we had a question George was responsive and knowledgeable. On the day of install the crew arrived on time and had the job completed the same day. George was there in the morning and at the end to make sure all our questions were answered and we were happy with everything. It was a great experience and would highly recommend George and Presidential Construction.

I worked with Presidential Construction on our roof damages from a bad storm, I couldn't be happier about the whole process and results. Bo was my contact, his communication was impeccable. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. My insurance company was very difficult to work with, they denied my claim at first. Bo patiently explained the whole process to me and laid out our actions plans. He and his team came back to the house a couple more times to take a ton of picture and proved to the insurance company the extent of the damages. It took a while for the insurance to finally approved my claim. During this process, Bo stayed on top of things and kept me posted on any progress they were making. I can highly recommend Presidential Construction who installed our new roof in June 2025. The company educated us on shingle design and quality options, performed high quality work for tear-off and installation, and the crew adjusted their schedule to also install flashing that will facilitate a new siding project in the near future. I give a special shout out to Alex Klinefelter for his invaluable assistance as project manager. From the very beginning, Alex documented our roof damage, he went to bat for us with our insurance company to get approval of the claim, and he was there for us to the very end of the project. Good quality work and professional. I worked with Aaron with Presidential construction on re-installing the siding of my house after doing a hail claim with my homeowners insurance. Aaron helped me out in getting my homeowners claim approved. He then did a great work appealing to the insurance to get extra materials covered by the insurance. He then planned the project really well and gave me 3D images of the house so I see how the colors would look like. They upgraded the siding material from Aluminum to steel for no extra cost to my insurance claim. They handled all electrical work that comes with the siding work and pulled all permits.
Work passed inspection from first attempt. Recommended to family and friends, 5 stars.

George from Presidential Construction our Project Manager worked with our insurance company to get our roof replaced from storm damage. We are impressed with George’s quick relsponces to my phone calls and questions regarding our insurance claim . Our roof was replaced in about 6hrs , the clean up was so well done. We would highly recommend Presidential
Construction and George Bunnell. We had one small issue and I made a phone call to George and he was out here at my property the next day to resolve the issue with no problems. George was the Best!
