I used Urban Tree & Landscaping to remove a very large Elm tree that was growing over my house. This was a very difficult job that required climbers and a crane due to the location of the tree to my house and to insure my house was not damaged. Originally I went with Urban Tree because they gave me the best quote by quite a bit compared to 3 other companies in the cities. Now I am able to recommend them not only on price, but quality of work. They handled everything from working with Excel to take down/put back up my power as well, to cleaning up after thoroughly when they were done. I was expecting this to be a full day job, but they were in and out in about 5 hours. Go with these guys, you won't be disappointed.

I would highly recommend working with Urban Tree and Landscape. I had 6 large trees removed from my fenced in backyard (not an easy job, I’m sure). Everyone I worked with was helpful, professional, and kind. They accommodated the work that needed to be completed by another company due to power lines. My backyard looks wonderful!

My husband and I have had Gabe and Urban Tree service out to our property on two separate occasions and couldn’t be happier with the results.
On both occasions you could tell Gabe and his workers had our best interests in mind. He actually tried his best to save a few of my sick Elm trees, but wasn’t able to do it. The work was always super professional and we have referred his company to many friends and will continue to do so!

We can’t say enough good things about the job Urban Tree did for us. Our trees were chocking out our lawn. Urban tree came in and took a couple down (we were hesitant) to open up the yard. Then pruned the others. Our yard is looking awesome and having a few trees gone really gave us curb appeal. Knowledgeable, fast, friendly, hard working crew. The cleanup was done perfectly to our satisfaction!! Highly recommend this company for a job well done at a decent price too!!

Gabe is an Arborist Artist! Amazing work. I explain what I’m looking for and Gabe and his team makes my vision into reality! His team cleans up the mess tracks away the branches makes your landscaping vision in View whatever it is look amazing. From a person who owns a business. Gabe is very responsive and professional and provides great customer service the only person that I would use to cut/treat my trees, and bushes.

Gabe the owner called me, explained the mix up and promptly came out to provide a scheduled estimate. TBD on whether we end up working together but the professionalism and concern for customer experience that Gabe exhibited showed me that what is described below is an outlier experience that should not be seen as normal. have updated to 5 stars due to the resolutions made by Gabe and Urban trees team.

It was easy to work with their office to schedule an estimate. The individual reached out to reschedule our initial appointment which was fine. On the day of the reschedule they never showed and I had to inquire on whether or not they were coming. We rescheduled for the following week and again never showed, never contacted me and haven't heard from them since. I understand that things get busy and that is fine. Rescheduling never bothered me. But poor follow up and communication is a different story. Not sure about their actual quality of work since i never was able to even get an estimate so wont/cannot comment on that

I have used Urban Tree previously to cut down and trim large trees on my property. I worked with Gabe and other staff arborists, who take great pride in their work and care about trees. This job was more a removal of tree debris that had been left from a fallen tree by Xcel. They did a timely and excellent job of that as well. I highly recommend this company!

I was getting bids for treating two trees and potentially trimming a tree this coming winter. Urban came out and gave me a bid. I decided to move forward and signed their agreement mid July to treat my trees. Verbally I was told they would be treating it around the first week of August. After signing the agreement no one has ever called to schedule the tree treatments. When I checked in early August I was told they were very busy and I would be hearing from them when possible. It's now August 24th and I have still not heard from them. I wish I had not signed the agreement without an appointment. Very disappointed with their poor communication skills. I would not go with this company knowing what I know now.

Did a good job removing several large oaks near buildings and along a road way. Very efficient and professional, cleaned up well what are very messy jobs.

Gabe and his crew did an excellent job removing a medium sized maple tree from a tricky area of our yard (lots of buildings, wire, and fence to work around). They also trimmed our larger maple up beautifully. They worked quickly and left our yard looking better than the found it. They even honored my request to keep some of the logs to use in a future project and stacked them in a neat pile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality tree work.

I had them remove a large dying spruce situated between my house and my neighbors and prune a crab apple tree close to my house.The cost was competitive . Shortly after I signed the contract I came home from work and the tree was gone and the crab apple pruned. The debris was completely removed. I was very satisfied and would use them again.

It was sad to see the 100 year old massive oak come down, but it's time was up so to speak, Though the tree was in close proximity to the house and in the center of the lawn it was safely and efficiently removed and the stump ground and the resulting lawn defect repaired. Great care was taken not to damage the lawn , covering it with plywood sheeting to protect against the heavy equipment..
Urban was also employed to remove a stand of Amur maples ravaged by Japanese beetles and to trim shrubs and other plantings. Some follow up service was required and attended to promptly. Pricing was fair for the work done.

These folks were great. Adam was clear about the project scope. He saved me a bundle by suggesting ways to save a tree rather than take it down. He had a true appreciation for the trees, especially my anceint hackberry. I would use them again in a heart beat.

I cannot say enough good things about Urban Tree & Landscape. Gabe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we decided what needed to be done. He has excellent communication skills and responded immediately to my emails making additional changes to our plan. The crew was great! Everything from start to finish was extremely professional. They were prompt and worked absolutely nonstop for eight hours. They cleaned up after themselves and when they left everything was perfect. Gabe is the most knowledgeable and honest of the five tree trimmers I interviewed. He cares about his work and about trees.
I had to trim a neighbor's oak tree whose branches were scraping the roof of my house. Gabe was aware of the window for cutting oak, and had further knowledge of injection to protect the tree. He was up front with his advice and well-informed.
His team did a great job of trimming! and protecting the oak by coating the cuts afterwards to prevent the possibility of oak wilt. Fair price. On time! Reliable. Good work! Honorable people! I highly recommend, and plan to use Urban Tree again.

Great service! Their quick and competent crew took out a full tree, trimmed 6 more, pruned a wildly overgrown Lilac and were in and done in under 5 hours. Trees look great, yard looks like someone lives here who cares again.

We had a good experience with the Urban Tree team. The came a made quick, professional work of a group of mulberry trees that were becoming a nuisance. Really impressive work and they did a great job cleaning up as well at the end of the job. I would recommend Urban Tree to anyone considering having tree work done!

Great experience from the beginning! Gabe came over and provided a quote within minutes of being in the property. He’s very knowledgeable and responsive to any inquiries, and provides updated estimates quickly. His team is also professional and efficient. They took down 2 trees, raised the canopy for 1, and cleaned up everything, all in about 30-40 minutes! They will definitely be my go-to company, highly recommended!

I needed a single tree removed with stump grinding, Gabe helped me out and got me a quote and got the job done quickly! The crew that came out was quick and efficient and did a great job. I appreciate that I felt like my job was important, even if it wasn't a large commercial job (I contacted a couple other companies before I found Urban Tree and was ghosted at different steps in the process).
