Had Dean’s out for a simple bathroom sink faucet only removal. Dean’s quoted me $1100. That’s outrageous. The guy who came out admitted that their costs are higher because they have more employees etc. I ended up calling a local plumber that ended up being under $400. I definitely wouldn’t use a big-name company like this. I’m all for supporting local small business and save myself a lot of money. I also dislike that I keep getting texts from Dean’s even though I opted out.

Dale was so easy to work with, gave us lots of options and was able to offer us the best deal. Spencer did a great job installing the new furnace. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly everything went. Everyone was super professional.

We appreciated our experience w Dean’s from start to finish. Wade B diagnosed the issue and took time to explain everything in a friendly and professional fashion. We also worked with Tyler C, who was transparent and customer focused discussing our options. And finally Austin and his apprentice were clean and quick with the install and resolution. We appreciate their communication and level of customer care.
