Josh was absolutely wonderful in helping us day of a plumbing need! We had a leak in our basement pipes when we turned on the outdoor spigot & he was able to replace both front & back outdoor spigots & our plumbing in the basement! Very courteous, clean, and professional throughout. We trust TJK every time for our plumbing needs!

Josh from TJK Plumbing came today to replace a leaking kitchen drain pipe. He did a fantastic job. TJK covered all to make sure dust wouldn't spray beyond the immediate job area. The work and the clean up afterwards were perfect. The technician, Josh, did a fantastic job. He is very quiet and friendly, concentrated on the job. He was here right on time and left after checking multiple times that everything was in perfect working order. They were recommended by our son--in-law after TJK also did a great job in their house

Just the facts. We had a catastrophic failure of a water heater installed by TJK 5 years ago, so called them back as it was under warranty. Their workmanship was excellent, so they do employ solid tradesmen. Why 2 stars? From when I first started using them to today, they have turned to the hard sell now, and frankly this time it was borderline Attorney General bad. Part of the hard sell was $550 for installing Anode rods in the water heater tank, I declined along with 2 other "add on" services that would ballooned my bill to well over $3K. They installed the Bradford White Power Vent Gas water heater model RG1PV50S6N19, that if you look up on the Bradford White website, comes with an Anode rod from the factory. Clearly solid tradesmen, but TJK is all about the extras now, and to an unassuming home owner that doesn't look...a rip-off. TJK if you post that the tradesman didn't know there was an Anode rod in the tank...please...you install probably dozens a week so I'll just negate that excuse up front.
