I emailed Kevin at 11pm informing him that my furnace wasn’t working. He called me minutes later and scheduled a visit first thing in the morning. He diagnosed the problem, picked up parts, and had a running later in the morning. Super friendly and professional service.

Furnace went out this spring. Nace Heating & Cooling was able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue.
Ended up needing a new furnace, and within a day or 2, we had a new one installed. Service was fast, and very professional.

Kevin installed a garage heater for us. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience. Kevin is respectful of the homeowner and the space working in. I had a new furnace installed and upon meeting Kevin he was very personable and knowledgeable. He talked me through every part of the process and made sure I had a chance to ask questions. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and I could not have appreciated it more! He even went out of his way to help me set up my Wifi thermostat without me needing to ask! Great business! Called Kevin with Nace heating, he said he was close to my house at the time and would swing by to check out my air conditioner on the hottest day of the year. Was over within a couple hours of call. My house and ac unit are just barely over one year old. Had previous Hvac guy out 3 times saying there was no issue. Kevin found the unit was overcharged by a nearly 6lbs. Reclaimed some refrigerant out of system. Air coming through the system went from blowing at 74 degrees down to 54 degrees and feels so much better inside the house. Reasonable pricing and very professional. Nace heating and cooling will be my go to call from now on!

Kevin very quickly diagnosed a problem stemming from the initial installation of our furnace that brought our extremely high CO emissions back to a safe level and also made adjustments that will improve the efficiency of our furnace. On his way out he went out of his way to look at my air conditioner that had been damaged by a falling ice dam. I couldn't be happier with the service received.

The price he charged me was well below what I would have been charged if I would have went with another company. I highly recommend this business.

Kevin and his team did a great job bringing heat to my basement. We are currently working on finishing the basement and he had great suggestions on how to properly heat the basement with different price points to help us fit a budget that worked for us. Great quality of work and efficient as well. Highly recommend. Had him do a few tweaks on the furnace that wasn't working quite right as well.

Nace is simply the best at what they do. I had a complex issue that required Kevin to retrace someone else’s work and remediate a host of issues. He worked with another company (plumbing) to ensure they fixed the root causes.

Kevin was able to identify root causes, propose solutions, and remediate in a timely manner. He was meticulous in installing new duct work, a new air exchanger, and took great pride and care when working in my home.
