Reviews of local pros in Mayer, Minnesota

Kevin is very professional and is very knowledgeable about all he does with install and maintenance I have radiator heating in my house and he in put in a boiler system many years ago and works great still. Never a problem. I now have a mini split he installed for ac and I love it. Absolutely a perfect addition to my house. Kevin is the best at what he does. Highly recommend!!

Kevin is the real deal. We have had him out to our house a couple of times and his work is clean, precise and at a fair price. I would recommend Kevin at Nace Heating and Cooling to anyone!

I 1,000% recommend Kevin for all things furnace & air conditioning! I purchased a home with a 25 year old furnace that I knew would need to be replaced. Several months before I found Nace Heating & Cooling, I (a female homeowner) worked with another company that treated me very poorly and applied a very high pressure sales tactic to get me to install a new furnace & AC from them while they completely dismissed some of my other concerns. I did not purchase their equipment and sadly, the entire interaction made me very leery of & apprehensive about ever finding a trustworthy furnace & AC company; however, once summer got here, I could no longer put off the inevitable.

I found Nace Heating & Cooling completely by chance, and I am so happy that I did! Kevin came & looked at my AC, listened to my concerns, & gave me his honest & pressure-free opinion. His customer-focused & trustworthy approach put me at ease, and I decided to have him install a high efficiency furnace & AC. He sent me 5 quotes for different equipment options later that evening, which I found fantastic because the previous company gave me only 2 options to choose from.

Working with Kevin to schedule the installation was a breeze, and he was at my house the next week. It was a 2 day installation for the removal of the old & set up of the new equipment, but I had AC by the time he left on his first day! I also cannot praise Kevin enough for how pristine & meticulously he was in attention to detail. He went above & beyond by redoing & rerouting all of my gas lines running near the furnace, making sure the ductwork for the new air return he also installed was firmly adhered to the wall (I have destructive cats), put some insulation in a different area of the room back up (cats), cleaned the floor of entire room multiple times, took a lot of his time to show me & explain to me what I should do to keep everything running properly, and gave me all of my rebate paperwork that he had already filled out!

Seriously, if you need a new furnace, AC, and/or need any HVAC work completed, Kevin at Nace Heating & Cooling is *the* person you NEED to call!

Kevin was amazing, he came quickly on a Saturday when our furnace went out. Incredibly knowledgeable and explained all the maintenance as he completed it. Very respectful and patient, I highly recommend!

Kevin installed a garage heater for us in Dec '24 and we couldn't be more pleased. His install was nothing short of perfection and everything looks and runs great. No more cold Minnesota garage! The Reznor heater is awesome and is extremely quiet. Kevin's communication is great and his price is competitive. I highly recommend Nace for your HVAC needs.
