Top tier Appliance Repair, got my refrigerator up and running this morning.

Anything BUT reliable. ZERO stars.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are a 3rd party who farm out the actual repair to other companies -
I was given a window of 8am-Noon. At 7:45am I received a text to say they would let me know when they were heading our way. By 1:30, no one had shown. I texted and said not to bother, as they missed their window and we would not be home.
On Monday (their phones were down all weekend) I called to complain and was assured I would not be charged. Days later, sure enough, the repair company (based out of Texas?) charged me.
This is the worst kind of fly-by-night, shady organization who take no responsibility for the service they arrange. There is NOTHING about this company that one could call reliable.

After a bad experience with those guys, I can say that they followed trough and made it right.

Great people, great service, knowledgeable techs. They service 6 of our industrial coolers/freezers and are extremely reliable.

I called Saturday left a message per instructions. Never revieved a call back.
Called today to follow up, Joyce says, "We're not taking on new clients or one past 5 years, and we haven't serviced you since 2018, sorry" mind you, it's 2022 and 2018 was 4 years ago.
What a shame, where is the customer service in these industries gone?

Will never consider or recommend them for service. This guy's parking job clearly shows me the care for their customer or future customers.
I could not get into my car from the drivers side and had to enter through the passenger side.

We use Custom Refrigeration on a regular basis and have found their service and caring to be second to none. I have referred them to many of my colleagues and have heard nothing but rave revues. I would not think of calling anyone else, they have always been there for us and continually go above and beyond. When you hire Custom you know the job will get done right!

I was driving on 94 this morning and a gentleman decided he didn't want to zipper merge he wanted to match speed with me entering the highway. There was plenty of room in front and behind me for him to merge wherever he pleased. Because of this I get flipped off, cut off, and brake checked by him. I called and left a compliant, I hope to here back from a manager. Employees brake checking and having road rage in company vehicles is unacceptable for a professional representing a customer service based company.

I own a few coffee shops in the area and our ice machine manufacturer recommended Custom Refrigeration for repair on their product. I called and was met with a pretty rude "no" and We aren't taking on new clients". There was no offer to listen and work with me on what they could do, I was cut off mid-sentance. The reason for two stars is that, despite the rude phone call, they did answer very quickly and I appreciate not having to go through many different calling tree buttons to reach a real human.

I called for freon to be added to my commercial refrigerator in my residence. I spoke the a manager/dispatcher and he said they do not do residential. I got them recommended by my refrigerator brand customer service. He said they don’t do boots, etc. i told him that was not an issue. Then, he said they are not working with any new customers. I picked them because we are in the same city. Seemed like he couldn’t get off tge phone soon enough. I would hate to be the owner of this company with staff turning down new business. Ridiculous!

The techs were prompt, informative, and professional. They did a great job of explaining what was going on while giving clear options. There scheduling was also flexible and clear.

He came to our home in a timely manner and addressed the issue with our dishwasher with a great deal of expertise. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful to everyone. My satisfaction with his service was really high!
