Pablo and his crews did a great job installing new gutters. They were on scheduled time and was done by the evening before sunset. The crew even cleaned all the after work mess. They were very professional. Will definitely recommend the North Lake Construction. Thank you guys.

Most companies either ignored us or said the job was too minor, but this team treated it with the same care and professionalism as a full-scale project.

From start to finish, their attention to detail was incredible. The final result is absolutely perfect!

Kindred Construction Solutions has been our GC for two of our Dunkin' restaurants, and we are now starting our third with them. Jacob and his team take the time to fully understand the scope of the project. They believe in creating a long term working relationship and their quality and thoroughness reflect that. I've recommended Kindred Construction to other franchisees in the area and I can't speak highly enough of them. It's great to have a GC that I can rely on and trust.

Man, I thought I was going to be the only one commenting on how terrible their driving is. Minnesota state law says that left lane is for passing only. You're supposed to move back over to the right when there's nobody next to you and you've completed your pass. Not stay in that lane forever. Learn how to drive! (Also congrats on having such a terrible Google review mostly based on your driving ability. Maybe get a car that doesn't have your company name on it)

I have worked with Park Construction for over 15 years, they have proved to be outstanding and continue to be a valued customer.

Disgusting company. Sales practices are from the 1950's as is there customer service. How this company exists is baffling. Agree with other REAL reviews, just stay away.

At least one employee drives horrible!! Tried to pass us in a no passing zone while a car was coming the other direction. Just about caused a terrible accident

I am ALMOST speechless. This is by far the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. Stay away, Stay FAR away. From the front desk to the drivers, to the President of the company; They have zero integrity. Crazy in this day of customer service is king. Find another company and you will thank me you did. You have been warned.

Please stop parking your trucks in the sidewalk and staring at your phones. People in wheelchairs don’t deserve to have to go around you in the bike lane.

Park Construction was hired to replace the water mains and replace the road in my neighborhood. The vibrations from the equipment caused cracks throughout my house. They filed a claim with their insurance and their insurance company is awful! They constantly ignored my calls and lied to me about why I hadn’t heard back, assessor claiming he wasn’t given my contact information and the claims specialist stating the assessor said that I was difficult to get a hold of. The claims specialists don’t pick up their phone calls either. I had to repeatedly call and talk to a supervisor. Even then the claim was denied as Park Construction didn’t have a vibration report registered on their website. This is an awful company and I wish them nothing but the worst.

Rudest people ever. Dude honked at me at the gas station when there were three other pumps open, and tried to stir up a fight, flipping me off.

We live on a very narrow, dead-end street. This company was doing work at the end of the road and it has been a dangerous situation. They have parked vehicles on both sides of the road so we can barely get through. If an emergency vehicle needed to get through, it would be impossible. Multiple times they brought their big asphalt truck towards the end of the road and the driver parked it in the middle of the street while they unloaded it. This meant, as one of the houses on the end, we could NOT get through until they moved it because there wasn't enough room on either side. They are very inconsiderate of residents in the working area. Yesterday, they had the asphalt truck parked in the middle of the road AND a pile of gravel blocking our mailboxes. They need to take a minute to think about their actions and how it affects others. We would never hire this company based on seeing how they work.

610 west. Park truck in the left lane of traffic holding cars up behind him. I passed him on the right, held of my hand. And who ever was driving decided to flash his high beams like a pissed off old man. Glad your logo and name was on the truck. Maybe learn to get out of the passing lane and let traffic flow normally. Such a baby. What jokes. Many more cars passed him on the right to get around.

For the crew paving by the Love's Travel Center in Forest Lake on Monday July 18th, you did a terrible job at traffic coordination. How can you wave people through wet asphalt like this? Not only are my tires ruined, but this is a HUGE safety hazard as driving is now incredibly slippery. I can scrape the wet tar off of my tires it's so bad.

RECKLESS driving. Speeding on the left lane with a trailer and purposely swerving into people. TOTALLY unacceptable behavior. I have a dash cam that recorded everything and here’s some photos of their employee swerving into me, while I had to move onto the shoulder, ALMOST causing an accident. What a great way to show how this company is!
