Highly recommend Denny and the team at Red Fox. Especially impressed with their ability to customize very unique features into a remodel.
If quality and craftsmanship are a priority, they should be your first call. -
Highly recommend Red Fox Remodeling for your remodeling projects! The team was professional, efficient, and delivered flawless results. They helped with color choices, maintained a clean workspace, and communicated well throughout the process. Our house is looking amazing! Will definitely use them again!

Red Fox Remodeling was great to work with for our full basement remodel. If I could describe them in one word it would be integrity. They handled the project with professionalism and did what they said they would do. In the industry of contracting they are a rare find! They helped us stay in budget without sacrificing quality. They also arrived with a joyful attitude in every circumstance. They were flexible with personal changes to the bathroom and closets. We are very happy to have found this company. We LOVE our new finished space. And have peace knowing it was done well with the areas you can't see...(insulation/framing/plumbing/electrical/HVAC). Thank you Red Fox Team!

We recently wrapped up a basement remodel with Red Fox and had an excellent experience!! It was great to work with a designer in the beginning phases and come up with some creative solutions for our quirky space.
What stood out to us most was their responsiveness and communication which is a rarity in their industry. Denny and Asher were a delight to work with! Highly recommend!! -
Red Fox completely transformed our unfinished lower level into a beautiful living room, office/bedroom, and a luxury bathroom with a custom full-tile steam shower. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding, and we can’t recommend them enough.
Our project manager, Asher, took charge of every step so we could enjoy the ride.
Communication was excellent and the process was smooth from start to finish—from the design phase (which was actually fun!) to construction.
One thing that really set Red Fox apart from other contractors I’ve worked with was their transparency. Like any big project, there were a few hiccups due to shipping delays or material defects. The team proactively notified us, clearly explained what was happening, and offered thoughtful solutions—never once cutting corners, even when it would have been easy and/or probably never would have known. That level of integrity gave us real peace of mind that the job was done right.
For homeowners in Lake Elmo, the east metro, or St. Paul who are considering a basement finishing project—or need a contractor for any other high-quality work—I highly recommend Red Fox. We absolutely love our new space and will definitely hire them again for future projects. -
The team at Red Fox transformed our basement bathroom, created a beautiful new back door / basement entry and completely upgraded our kitchen. Not only did they guide us through a thoughtful design process to capture our vision for these spaces, but also kept us informed through the construction process. When adjustments were needed - as they are with any project - their team kept us informed. I would highly recommend working with Red Fox for your next remodel.

FROM PRODIGY HVAC -
Unacceptable service.
-
They are great and knowledgeable people
-
Their fleet has poor drivers and vans with Trump stickers.

Came our and fixed my large light in dining room.
Very kind and professional. I would contact Midwest for any fixes I need in my townhome. -
The gentlemen who came out were knowledgeable and nice. My dismay is that I called to inquire a previous maintenance request. They showed up without my request or disclosing there would be a fee. Charged $290. Kathy from billing has poor customer service.
EDIT: The manager had contacted me to resolve the issue. -
Reckless van driver 105 running lights. Y’all must be running them tight on their schedules if they’re in such a hurry

Very difficult time dealing with this company. I am small business owner rents in Bloomington in a commercial property. Our new landlord could care less that in November our HVAC heating unit continue to malfunction until it finally broke. The company failed to give me any rough estimate as to when the parts potentially come in, what to expect or do in the meantime. The dispatch Siri is dismissive and rude. When the part finally came in and the tech was arrived on site, no one communicated anything. Mind you this is a $12-$15,000 job for them, plus labor.
If I treated my customers this way for this price as a small business owner, I would be sued left and right.
Take your money elsewhere and work with a company that actually cares about staying in touch and clearly communicating. Or a company that can give you a rough estimate as to what to expect and respect your time and money. -
I recently hired Midwest Maintenance and Mechanical for a larger commercial building that I manage, both for HVAC and Day Porter Services! This company has been fantastic to work with! Much credit goes to Ed Karsnia and Jeff King! Thank you for all that you have done and are doing for us!

Your company did work at my townhome complex , moving my air conditioner and hooking up a temporary set up so my and the neighbors air would work while another company was doing fence work. The conduit was not sealed properly, the hose was filled with water and shorted out the fuse box to my ac. I called and waited 5 days and never received a callback, even after I was told someone would call within a few minutes. I finally hired another company to fix your mess up and now you refuse to reimburse me $1000. I have never seen such shoddy work done by a company and nobody gives a shit. How long is someone supposed to wait for a callback? Horrible management, will never recommend and will bad mouth as much as I can.

Company should really put a dash cam on the employee who drives a white Chevy pickup, specifically the one that was driving on 394 and 169 sound today. Tailgating everyone, merging lanes into spaces they did not fit and almost caused an accident.

Tried to contact this company about a van driver who was dangerous on the road. At 7 am on the Lafayette Bridge 9/25/24 getting on my bumper at less than 2 feet in the right lane by Plato Blvd and flashing his lights, little did he know a State Trooper was right in front of me. Left a message on the contact us on the website. Left my email and phone # a week later no contact. This driver is a nuisance as many times he is weaving in and out of traffic at excess speeds I just let it go usually, he is dangerous, but they don’t care. No need to respond now too late but everyone else will know what kind of employees you hire.

Other reviewers were not lying. You need to verify your employees actually know how to operate a moving vehicle before giving them a work truck. Guy in the truck in Forest lake yesterday drives like his daddy never came home from getting the milk to teach him how to drive. Poor guy never learned you can't cut through closed lanes to cut people off :(
