I recently worked with Certified Mold Removal, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. I worked closest with Younes, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful and patient, answering my many, many questions with thorough and clear explanations.

Even after the project was completed, Younes continued to offer support and provided valuable recommendations on how to address our water issues to prevent future problems.

The mold situation in our home was quite severe, but Younes and his team did an outstanding job removing it. They were efficient, thorough, and left our home in great condition. Younes was also able to salvage much of the wood paneling we requested and treated it for mold, which we greatly appreciated.

Younes is very personable and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Certified Mold Removal for anyone dealing with mold issues. Their professionalism and dedication are unmatched!

My wife and I discovered mold in our basement a week before we were going to sell our house. Within a few days of calling Certified Mold Removal , Younes came and inspected the area confirmed it was mold, determined where the water had come from and gave plan of how they could remediate the issue. His ability to communicate that everything would be fixable in a short period of time was thing that impressed me the most, especially since they followed through flawlessly. Having something like this come up was a huge stress on our family knowing we needed it taken care of quickly in order for us to move to our new home and I couldn't have imagined this process going as smoothly as it did. I would recommend those guys to anyone.

We recently purchased a home that had mold in our downstairs bathroom and a couple of rooms. It was already stressful enough with the purchase of the home; however, we love this home and was willing to make it work. We started searching around for mold removal and came across certified Mold Removal . We read their reviews and decided they were best suited for us and they were. We worked with Younis throughout the mold removal. They were thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. They even educated and provided some tips on how to prevent any further mold. We are happy to say we were impressed with their work and commitment in ensuring our home was up to par. Thank you guys, especially, Younis.

I had an AMAZING experience hiring this contractor for one of my clients. They were always on time, efficient and did great at clean up. I would highly recommend them for any Mold remediation service.

Far and away one of the best customer service experiences I've had in getting work done on my home. Dealing with mold or plumbing issues is stressful and the team works hard to put you at ease with honesty in the assessment, affordability in the rate and top of the line quality in the work. I intend to give them a call for other work in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for that perfect balance of quality and affordability. Just such nice guys too - you can tell they really value doing the job well and love helping families get things back in order in their home.

I had a wonderful experience using this mold removal service. I had to have remediation done on a property in order for me to purchase it per FHA health and safety standards. I had the inspection performed by another company that I felt was just trying to spend all my money on testing and taking arbitrary samples. Once the presence of mold was confirmed, I contacted Younes for a quote on remediation. He was very practical and was willing to explain the process and answer my questions in an honest way— not trying to squeeze every penny out of me like the other company. I couldn’t have purchased my home in the first place without Younes’s help and now I can live in it without concerns of mold. Younes was very courteous and completed the work quickly. His pricing seems fair compared to competitors. I’d highly recommend working with Younes and his company!

In addition to poor service cited by other reviewers, this location has 3 AI powered Flock license plate/facial recognition cameras in their parking lot. They are surveilling you and selling your data

I do not recommend this service. The customer service representative was extremely rude when I tried to set up an appointment. As a result I will not be using their service.

Home Depot went out of their way to ensure I received the product that I really needed in time. The store itself seems relatively low-key and not very busy which is great for me because lots of Associates are around ready to help!

Do not buy a door from Home Depot! I attempted to buy a door for my home from them over 3 months ago and still have not had it installed due to multiple employee errors. The online project management system does not work and the customer service is below par. First, they screwed up scheduling the measurement; then duplicated my order and didn't know which door to order; the door they did order was the wrong one and didn't have a place for the dead bolt; and the customer service representatives have done little to nothing to improve my experience. I will not be using Home Depot for any large home improvements projects; they can't seem to get anything right.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, especially bad ones, but I had to express how terrible my experience was with purchasing flooring at home depot and urge others to seek out other options. I purchased $5,500 worth of flooring from Home Depot in July, and it is September 14th and I have still not received the product I ordered. There is something seriously wrong with the team that does ordering and delivery. I have run into so many issues it's almost comical. First they never called me when the order was in to schedule the delivery, and because it was bamboo flooring and needs 72 hours in my place before the install, I had to push my install date out over a week. After that, they delivered the wrong flooring. I had to reorder and wait 7-10 business days for the new flooring to come in, and amazingly they didn't call me when it arrived and again scheduled the delivery on the install date. When I called the store to get an ETA on the time, they said from 10 am to 2pm. I asked for a more specific time and they said "very soon". It's been over an hour. Every time I call the store I wait to talk to someone and get transferred. On one occasion I asked to speak with a manager and after being put on hold over and over again they told me there where no managers in the store. They clearly don't care about you as a customer. Honestly if I wasn't so deep in this I would go to someone (anyone) else.

I had told the salesperson about the electrical problems in the garage when he was here looking at how to install a mini-split system. He said NO problem.....they'd take care of everything. The installers came out and left within 20 minutes because they couldn't install it. After 9 weeks, they are telling me I need another electrician to come out first THEN they'll install it. That wasn't the deal that was made. This isn't the first time they've jacked me, either. I would NOT recommend this service to ANYONE :D. this is incredibly awful service, it's almost laughable......almost.....but I've been waiting for the salesperson to fix the situation and he doesn't seem to care. Moved on to the next victim. Save yourself....RUN

I'm usually pretty accommodating, but I've now had two bad experiences with their Home Installation services.
On the first, we ordered a new front door. Of course, the required size was just a smidge off of standard so we required a custom door. That took several weeks to come in, after which it took another three weeks to get an install date on the calendar. Once the door arrived, it had a 1.5" scratch in the middle of the paint on the front of the door. The installer (hired out by Home Depot) made me aware of it when he arrived and offered to replace the door but informed me we'd be looking at another 4-5 week wait between remaking the door and setting up a new install. He did let me know that if I made the Home Depot aware of the issue that they would send me some paint to cover up the scratch and give me some money back. I did call the customer service line and the person I talked to obviously did not care at all about customer service. She heard my issue and basically said "so would you like us to send you some paint then?". No apologies and no money back. Only after I wrote a nastygram to the corporate customer service account did I get an apology and a $75 discount.
Which brings us to install #2. Of course when we did install #1, the outer screen door no longer fit in the frame so new one was required. We decided to use the gift card towards that door. We haven't even gotten the door installed and we're having issues. After getting the measurements taken for the door (step 1 of the process), I was getting calls DAILY from them about coming in to order a door. It turns out there was a sale going on and they were trying to push me towards buying a door while the sale was on, but no one told me that. After a week and a half I finally made it in for what turned out to be the last day of the sale. Again, it took several weeks for the door to be made and then another several weeks once the door came in to get an install scheduled. Which brings us to today. The installation company called me yesterday to confirm the install time I had set several weeks ago (Wednesday at 8 am, installer to arrive between 8-9). I called them back yesterday afternoon and confirmed. Today at 9 am, I get a call that "due to a scheduling issue" they neglected to actually schedule an installer for my job, and they had no one working near my house today so they'd need to reschedule. The earliest they could get me in was now the middle of the day next Thursday. I made a point of letting them know that I'd had to take time off my job to be available for the install today, and took my time pulling up my work schedule to see if I could make arrangements for the new install date. I would expect an offer of some compensation or discount on my order for this screw up that was completely a mistake on their part. What did I get? An apology and a thank you for being accommodating of the date change.
My advice on all of this is if you're looking to purchase something and get it installed, either hire your own professional, or take your business to Lowe's or Menard's. I can only imagine their crew and customer service on these matters has to be better.
