Working with the 241 construction company on the remodeling of our deck and kitchen was such a breeze. They were also always on time. I loved all in information as to work to be performed each day. We can't wait to hire them again for our home projects.

Worked with Perry and his team for a remodel of our upstairs shower and the experience was nothing short of class.
241 was extremely responsive and erred on the side of over-communication throughout the project, making sure we were always on the same page.
Perry is quick to explain the steps and particulars in detail so you're never in the dark about what is going to happen or how something works - his knowledge and experience really show.
Their subcontractors showed when they were supposed to and did good work. Pricing is fair and they were flexible about working through scheduling and dealing with unforeseen surprises once the job got started.

Perry, owner of 241 Construction, and my wife go back 30+ years as they worked together at Washburn High School in S. Minneapolis. The first project they did was to take out a window in my 105 year old stucco house and install a sliding glass door and a low deck. Reasonable and perfect. Door still works like new! Then recently a back door deck. Also perfect. Not long after that we had rotting siding on our two garages, plaster/lathe coming loose on two interior walls, a bathroom light fixture needing R&R, (a #75 pound monstrosity) a front deck needing several boards replaced ( which he then high pressure washed, primed and two coats of paint), added several outlets, converted 5 outlets from double to quad, 241 is a one stop shop! Very talented in all aspects of construction.
In the two recent projects, Perry came up with the materials list, picked it all up which I paid to Menards saving me his markup. Not only that, but I saved him the time of quoting everything, trusting him implicitly to be fair and billing me upon completion. $9000+ for everything, much less than expected!! Quite the gentleman, honest and trustworthy. Wonderful to do business with!!!!! Thanks Perry!.

In the spring of 2024 I selected 241 Construction as my general contractor for a full kitchen remodel. I was extremely happy with 241 Construction’s results. The crew showed up ready to work every day and did an excellent job with my kitchen demo and rebuild. The whole project was seamless thanks to 241 managing all subcontracting for construction, plumbing, and electrical work—everything was completed on time and with great professionalism. Perry was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend 241 Construction for any home project you’re planning!

Younes was very helpful with all my questions on the phone. Book the date 2 days later and he was very reliable and respectful. He did really good job removing the mold out of my bathroom. Definitely recommend him!
