I never write negative reviews, but had a negative experience with this company overall. We had Twin Cities Concrete redo our front steps back in April. The work done was fine (bottom slab is pretty slanted, but we didn’t make a big deal about it). The major issue for me was the customer service. We were quoted for steps and a railing. Jason had us take $500 off the total price until the railings would be installed, and then the $500 would be due. However, we never got the railings installed. I respectfully reached out to Jason several times via phone call and text in May, June, July and August regarding the railings and he never called me back, and would take days to weeks to text me back. I ended up having my husband call a couple times and leave voicemails to check in and he never responded to him either. In the end, Jason said his railing guy wasn’t able to do the job and gave me a number to another company (didn’t even schedule this other company, just passed it off to us). Overall, it was a very negative experience and I felt like I had to constantly stay on top of them. I understand being busy but the lack of communication was totally unprofessional. Got our patio broom finish concrete done by Twin cities concrete. Poor quality work was done. Never got a plan on what the process for the concrete. No explaination or talk before the work was started, my yard was torn up and damage by a bobcat moving the cement. Concrete finish poorly, lots of extras and trim edge is so poorly done. Contacted Jason mulitple time per Jason he said he will come out ans inspect the finish work but never did. Contact name is under Choua Pha

Never showed up to repair and clean up concrete from last summer. Paid before job was supposed be done. (My fault) workers admitted it wasn't quality work and blamed a bad load. Now I'm stuck with bad concrete cracking and uneven.

Mis-shapen, uneven, not flat, poor finishing, inconsistent, and any other words you could think of to describe a bad concrete job is the work I received from Jason and his team at Twin Cities Concrete Solutions LLC. Outside of the issues from the quality of work is the lack of professionalism and follow through with any timelines. He will flat out lie about his capabilities and availability to perform any type of work. If you hire this company, you will spend most of your energy trying to get a hold of Jason to perform any type of work, and you will be at the mercy of his 'busy schedule'. You will also spend a lot of energy in litigation like myself trying to get reparations for the poor work that was done.

Absolutely avoid the headache of hiring this company. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had with any contractor/company. His prior reviews of 'good work' come from his own review, friends, family, or close personal relationships.

Do not hire Twin Cities Concrete (Jason Lindsey) for any concrete work. He has been dishonest and his crew did crappy work. After only one winter our concrete looked like this. Pick somebody else for your job.

He replied to my review. I am commenting here. We will gladly take a refund. And the offer you extended to redo was not followed through on. His “warranty” is not honored. If anyone wants to look up the MN conciliation courts case online they can. Bottom line - don’t hire this company.

We bought our sauna lumber from Ridgeline and hands down this is the best cedar you can find for truly the best price. Beautiful wood and really great owner who helped us and loaded our van. Highly recpmmend!

Incredible from start to finish. Prompt and informative communication from Ashley and Jill. On build day the crew of Max, Phil, Brian, and Cole were superstars. Professional, polite, and proficient. Our fence is stunning and it only took a day to make!

The Ridgeline crew did a great job with my fencing project from beginning to end. Even when we hit some snags in the permitting process due to an unknown drainage easement, the folks at Ridgeline were responsive and developed a new plan quickly. The install itself was seamless and the end product looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them for your fencing project!

Incredible crew and job well done! The pictures don’t do this fence justice. It’s so nice, and it looks great in our backyard. It’s a California chain link and allows for dogs to be contained, but doesn’t disrupt the views from inside the house and on the upper deck and lower patio areas. The cedar planks up top add a nice touch and the fence overall adds razzle dazzle for sure and looks professional. They were able to install 3 gates, one being double, a standard in the back and a front gate made of cedar with a nice side panel of Cali chain link. Max was super attentive and checked in on the project and ensured satisfaction with the progress along the way. The entire process from start to finish with Jill has also been incredible. She’s been so very helpful and we couldn’t be more pleased with Ridgeline. If you need a fence, this is the company you want.

Edit: timing was PERFECT also. We had other companies tell us it would take months of waiting for an install. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I was interested in Ridgeline because after my old cedar fence began falling apart, I wanted the new one constructed with deck screws that wouldn’t pop with age. When I found that Ridgeline also used galvanized steel posts in fence construction, I hired them. Their bid was similar to that of companies that did all-wood construction.
My new fence is beautiful and strong. The old fence was removed and the new one finished in just two days, which amazed me. The crew was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They had to work around large arborvitae and a garden and didn’t trample anything. Max checked in with me frequently, and he and Jill were great to deal with. This was one of my best experiences with a major project — I’d hire them again!

Max and the crew killed it today! I wish I could remember everyone’s name for this review because all of them deserve the credit. They were professional and cleaned up really well. Now let’s get to the good part. The fence is absolutely perfect! Ridgeline and the guys went above and beyond and installed a fence that exceeded our expectations, all in one day! They were on time, detail oriented and are true craftsman. I’m an electrician so I definitely appreciate great work and know it when I see it. Hats off to the guys and Ridgeline in its entirety. We would recommend them to anyone!

We contacted 3 companies to get bids for an ornamental fence. Ridgeline called us right away and scheduled. Of the other 2, 1 never called back and the other called 2 months later. We gladly told them that we already had our new fence installed by Ridgeline and we LOVE it. The folks at Ridgeline have been super friendly and they were reasonably priced. One of my favorite things about them is when I learned from the installation crew that the owners and managers at Ridgeline are really good to their employees. Bravo Ridgeline!

WOW! One of the best companies I have ever worked with for anything. From the day I first called to schedule a consultation, to the completion of the fence, it was barely a month. And most of that time was me going back and forth between different options. Once I decided on the design, they were able to schedule the install immediately. Jill was so helpful in guiding us through that process and finding solutions to a tricky property line and uneven terrain.

Everyone went above and beyond and in *ONE DAY* the crew did the following:

-Cut down and hauled away trees and branches in the way of the fence line
-Removed and disposed of existing ornamental fence
-Installed a vinyl privacy fence with 2 gates around the entire backyard and over a hilly retaining wall
-Installed a vinyl privacy fence to conceal pool utilities

Not only did they get the work done quickly, but the fence is beautiful and extremely high quality.

They also made sure to to stay out of the way of a bunch of new plants I had coming up near the fence lines. Max even helped me with something in the garage that was totally not fence related.
They were meticulous in cleaning up the yard — you wouldn’t have even known work was done that day.

We love that we now have privacy in the yard, but I think our dog, Bailey, might be more excited about it now that she can roam freely and be outside! We are looking forward to a great summer spent outside thanks to Ridgeline.

Ridgeline Fence was simply an answer to prayer re: the exact company to use for our custom fence project in Edina. After being frustrated getting the run around or NO calls back from some other notable fence players in town, we found Ridgeline and are super happy! Max & Jill were very responsive, stayed in touch, had a great plan and overdelivered! Simply beautiful! Max & crew were great, can't thank them enough for the awesome job done!

Communication from Sales and Scheduling is the only concern we have regarding the Ridgeline fence install. The project took one day for the entire yard. The fence is beautiful and has met our needs. Neighbors have commented very positively about the look of the fence. We ordered a 6 ft vinyl fence that matched our trim. It turned our yard into our oasis.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Max came out and was very attentive to the details on what we wanted to achieve and even sat down same day to give me an estimate of the cost of work. Communication was fantastic and they even worked to get my job completed prior to us leaving for vacation so the dogs would have a fenced in yard. On the day of installation, the team showed up exactly when they were scheduled. Marlon, Elecio, and Emerson did outstanding work and had our entire project completed in 6 hours. I am so glad I went with Ridgeline Fencing, and my pups are excited to be able to run freely now.

As a homeowner, it can be tough to find contractors who are truly excited about their craft and want to deliver the best product possible. Which is why we were so fortunate to have found Ridgeline for our cedar fence installation.

Not only did Max bring our design ideas to life, but he also made some excellent suggestions while the fence was being installed. One being; adjust the height of the fence based on the grade of the yard. This allowed for the top of the fence to be even across the whole span and proved to be a huge aesthetic upgrade. While that may not work in all situations, we were so thankful that he proposed the idea. Not only did we end up with a high-quality fence, but one that has quickly become the envy of the neighborhood. It will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Max and his crew worked efficiently, were polite, clean, and the job was done much quicker than we anticipated. We could not be more pleased with the results!

We worked with Max on a custom design for our multi family rooftop deck. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with while problem solving innovative ideas. I was looking for a 5 foot cedar fence to upgrade from my chain link fence, and also to enlarge my backyard. Max worked directly with me to create a design that gave me the desired yard size, privacy, and appearance, all while answering my excessive questions about property line, height, sealing, etc. Max and his team showed up on time, ready to work, and they were professional, friendly, and lightning fast. I ended up talking with Max during the install and we made some on-site changes based on what I thought would look best, and Max was quick on his feet to adjust and get it done.

I chose Ridgeline because of all the 5-star reviews, and I have zero regrets. It was well worth the money and has given me so much peace of mind and pride in my new backyard. Go with Ridgeline, you will not be disappointed.
