UPDATE: this was 7 months ago and still nothing has happened. This is something as simple as a retaining wall. I can’t fathom trusting them with anything more complex or important. I think they do fine work, but their follow through is atrocious. Grizzly built a retaining wall at my home but never pulled a permit - a problem they seem to have no interest in fixing. I have now gone over a year with no action, resolution, and very little communication from the Grizzly team (none that wasn't initiated by me). Hard to trust a construction company that can't stand behind their own work. The wall itself looks beautiful, but the fact that they refuse to do the paperwork showing that it is structurally sound has me very weary.
