The crews at Elysian recently replaced the roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters on both our house and storage building.
We were extremely pleased with the overall quality of materials and workmanship in replacing each of the items. A few months following the installations, a very heavy storm hit our area once again, and a small area on the soffit on the rear of the house was damaged. I contacted the salesman and he in turn got a hold of the production manager, within a short time sent one of the workers back out to repair the issue, with no additional charge to us.
From the Awesome sales rep., to the production crew and office staff we spoke to a few times during the process, we give the company 5 stars and would definitely recommend this company.

We worked with Elysian Construction to assist with hail damage claims for a client of ours who has two properties in Edina. We were impressed at how professional and turn-key the overall process was. Elysian handled everything from meeting with the adjuster onsite, ensuring all damages to the property was covered by the insurance, and completing the full restoration to both properties. Ana Haqq was our main contact and provided great communication not only with us (as the property managers) but also with our overseas client. We were overall really happy with our experience, and will continue to work with Elysian in the future.

We had our siding replaced at the end of December and our roof in October 2020. From day one, they were detailed and thorough. The crew did a wonderful job on our home and we have been so happy with the end results. We highly recommend Elysian and the service they provided.

Elysian stopped by my house after the recent hail storm to perform an inspection. I enjoyed the inspector that showed up due to his name (Michael) lol so we had a laugh about that. But he performed his inspection, was prompt, professional and extremely thorough. When he came down from the roof, he educated me from top to bottom and i decided that the damage was much more then I originally thought so I filed a claim and they will be doing my roof once my insurance approves it.

Michael then showed up for my insurance adjustment and chatted up the adjuster a bit, after about an hour, the adjuster told me that the roof would be compensated and Michael then helped me choose my new shingle colors right away. I was a little hesitant due to some of the recent reviews but I’d like to give my two cents and I firmly believe that the reviews don’t reflect this young man’s work ethic or education on roofing!

So before you choose not to do business with this company realize that the reviews are employee dependent and Michael explained that they just hired and entire new team, so don’t punish the company due to 1 bad experience! A++

Doug McDaniel from Elysian is a true professional. We highly recommend them, they ensure you are treated as their number 1 priority as a customer. Excellent communication, industry knowledge, and responsiveness to all our questions. It was a seamless process on our roof replacement.

Elysian did a great job installing our new roof after significant hail damage. Their office and crew were professional, responsive to all our questions and concerns, and finished the job in a timely manner just as promised. They also left the property as neat as they found it!

I had a wonderful experience working with Anastasia and Chris from Elysian Constraction a couple of years ago when my roof and deck needed to be repaired. They were both very professional, accommodating and competent. I also appreciated how friendly and easy to communicate with they were. Their crew did a very satisfying job.

We filed a claim for hail damage with State Farm and they came out and told us our roof and windows and siding is damaged but from normal wear and tear. Our neighbors got a new roof, new siding and new windows so they referred us to Jay & Alina from Elysian construction. They showed up 5 minutes early to their appointment, they where very knowledgeable and answered all our questions they helped us re open our denied claim for hail and wind damage, she met with the insurance adjuster again and helped negotiate and settle our claim. The insurance company first denied our claim and they helped us settle our claim for roof siding windows garage doors deck and patio furniture, our entire house got a remodel and they even fixed our interior leak for free.

We had a hail storm come through our Edina neighborhood summer 2019. Our HOI State Farm was an absolute nightmare to deal with. We received quotes from a few other contractors prior to Elysian, but the previous were unable to assist with our HOI battle. Elysian walked us through the process and after 2 years helped us win our dispute with the insurer. Once approved and paid out, Elysian was able to quickly order materials and schedule our roof replacement. They made quick work of our full roof repair and the team was kind, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up nicely and even checked in a few days after the repair was complete. Couldn’t recommend a more professional contractor to deal with and even go above and beyond to help you with your insurance claim.

Mark Weinfurter literally saved the day! We had been dealing with a nightmare situation when our insurance company went under mid claim. The whole project took almost three years but once Mark came into the picture everything changed . He is honest, diligent, follows through with all his promises and goes so far above and beyond for his clients it is hard to put into words how grateful we are to know him! He was able to calm our nerves and get our new roof on . We could not be happier with the way he handled things and because of him I am giving 10 stars if that was an option

We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. Everyone we dealt with at Elysian Construction was pleasant, persistent and knowledgable. Our insurance claim was complicated but the staff at Elysian spoke with our desk adjuster and made sure all the needed information was submitted on time. We had a short turn around to get the job done in the fall and Elysian got us on their calendar ASAP. Excellent people to work with!

I was amazed at all the work that Jacob did with my current insurance company to get them to pay for a new roof. I know working with Kenper Insurance was challenging. The adjuster took forever to answer him and was very rude and not want to give me anything. I mean before Jacob came around they only gave me just under $2000. That only covers a partial roof. He also got them to cover my garage. I did have a lot of hail damage. This process with Elysian took from May to September. This took forever cause of Kemper. I was scheduled to get the roof done on September 19 but they came out September 16 and finished September 17. The crew was very good at taking care of everything and in the end I was watching and they did a good job cleaning up

All persons I worked with on phone by email and in person were friendly (with a smile), professional and very helpful throughout the process. Thanks to Brad (the production manager on my job), the process was smooth and efficient. I was aware of every step of the way and the job of roofing from prep to final clean up was done to my full satisfaction. Great job and much thanks.

Elysian knocked on my door after a hail storm. Hadn't heard of them but google reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. What an amazing surprise! Incredibly professional, reliable, immediately answering any of my questions. My insurance company made a huge error in estimating damage and the Elysian rep, with pictures available, worked with them to bring out a different assessor and approve my roof replacement. I can't say enough about how easy this company is to work with and how much faith I have in their work. I'm glad Nick knocked on my door that day - I will use them as my "go to" for any repair in future.

After having 3 separate companies out for an inspection, we decided to go with Elysian and couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome!The entire process went as good as we could have hoped for and was completely stress free. We’ve since recommended Elysian to family members and neighbors and would use them again without a second thought. We were greatly appreciative of the fact that they dealt with our insurance company on their own and we could just sit back in relief and enjoy our new roof!

Elysian has great to work with! Our salesperson, Jake, has been friendly, informative and helpful. They gave us a free inspection then returned to walk the insurance adjuster through her inspection, as well. We have determined to use them to replace our roof. I'll edit this review once they have completed the work, but I expect nothing less than a professional job.

We give Elysian five stars for customer service and results. Douglas McDaniel worked with us through many months of dealing with the hail damage insurance claim process. We were ready to "throw in the towel" several times, but Douglas hung in there with us. He made several trips, got on the roof with adjusters. We appreciated the support and service of other Elysian staff, Anna and Josh, who provided estimates and paperwork. The roof was completed and done well. Thank you so much!

Elysian just replaced our roof and did a superb job. I am in real estate and I have rehabbed many homes, so I know what I am looking at when I watch a crew work. The job was on-time and the crew was very polite and respectful. They did not rush through the job. I observed some very intricate flashing work that was required and it was done with care. The result is fantastic, and I expect to live beneath this roof for the next couple of decades. Communication was excellent, everything went according to plan and we felt very well cared for. I should add that Elysian is a local company with offices next to Utepils Brewing in Minneapolis, they hire local people and have been operating in town for a long time. When hailstorms blow through roofing contractors blow through too, and if you hire an out-of-town contractor you won't have much recourse if things go poorly or you need service in the future.

Elysian fought hard for me and my roof replacement as a result of the August 2023 hailstorm. I basically did no work and they did all the arguing for my claim. When the claim was approved, their contractor Alex was incredibly friendly and helpful during the job, answering the phone promptly and answering any questions I had. I had two roofs replaced and one of them was very steep and they managed to do 98% of the work in a single day. I was blown away by how hard Alex's team worked. Well done to the team.

I can't say enough great things about Ron, our job production lead! Once his email came with the schedule everything fell into place! Materials delivered timely, exceptional crew that replaced the roof and found hidden problems that were fixed the same day not delaying the project!
