Completely satisfied with the Vineland Tree team. We had several trees pruned and a larger tree and stump removed. The job on completed in a timely manner... at a fair price... and the debris was cleaned up very nicely.

Very professional and efficient and my electricity was back on as quickly as possible and I especially want to thank them for that! Great clean up and a lot quieter than I had expected.

Vineland did extensive oak wilt removal for us. Huge trees in difficult to reach locations.
From start to finish, EVERYONE, Taylor, office Cindy and the entire work crew were professional, pleasant, communicative and thorough. Clean up was complete.

Great company. Very prompt in responding to questions. Very knowledgeable about tree care.
They pruned my tree yesterday. There was no rain when they started but there was a downpour the remainder of the time. They cleaned the areas thoroughly. They explained what they were going to do and the reasons why it was needed. Very professional crew.

Vineland took down a 75 yr old spruce tree for us. They were amazing every step of the way and we got 4 hours of entertainment watching it come down! 10/10 recommend!!

Our experience with Vineland was fantastic from beginning to end. We bought a house in the winter that came with two very large, very dead trees. At that time, we contacted several tree companies for quotes. Vineland had a great price but better than that, they were flexible with our timeline/situation and very patient - I know nothing about tree removal or the process, and Troy was patient with my millions of questions and was quick to send me information. Their timeline for when they'd be able to come do the work was spot-on, they took care of the scheduling, & provided all details beforehand including the crew's arrival time day of & payment options. They have a smooth office operation which I appreciated. The tree removal itself was perfect, their crew was very kind/helpful, didn't leave anything behind, didn't damage a single thing, and they were efficient in getting two massive trees off our yard (one of which was in a hard to reach location behind our new deck - they still executed their work perfectly). We will use them exclusively in the future for any other tree needs that will pop up. We are so grateful for the work that they did!

I can not say enough positives about my recent experience with Vineland Tree Care . A team of 5 highly motivated, skilled experts trimmed our huge ~150 year old Elm Tree and they diligently trimmed all dead wood out and for this they literally climbed to the most difficult to reach and highest branches - resulting in a most excellent job - same for the cleanup - amazing really. Very impressive work we highly recommend them.

Vineland has been great to work with. The representative that consulted on our tree service needs was prompt, professional, easy to communicate with, and provided good advice about things he would do, and things he wouldn't do, and things we could do in a way that didn't require paying them to do it. So I was very appreciative of the honesty.

The different services we need will be performed in stages, and they have just completed the first item. The technicians that came out were professional, knowledgeable, provided great information and advice, and completed the work thoroughly and neatly, leaving the grounds as nice possible when they left.

I will definitely be using Vineland again for future services based on my experience.

Update: the 2nd stage of work was just completed and to keep this short I will say my experience was consistent as stated above. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Will happily use Vineland again!

Vineland is a wonderful company to work with. The certified arborist I met with was smart, explained things very well, and left time for plenty of questions. I learned a lot from him! The crew that came out did a great job and left the site super tidy. The cost of the work was very fair.

Nice company, good work. But, let's do better customer service. It would be nice to know ahead of time when the are specifically going to spray the tree. We have pets to keep safe from the chemicals before they dry, and to keep the pets away from the workers for their safety. Also, some kind of acknowledgement on the door or by email/text that they did come by and sprayed would be nice. I had to email after the fact to find out they had been here yesterday, and then they sent the invoice.

Great Experience from beginning end. They were very fair on their costs and even lowered the price in the end because the job took less time than anticipated. I would highly recommend them!

I had two large trees removed, an ash and a maple, and working with Vineland Tree Care was a great experience from start to finish. Tyler, who I first spoke with, was super knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of my options without trying to push me in any direction. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me make the best choice, not just make a sale.

The crew that came out was fantastic. Everyone was professional, skilled, and really focused on safety throughout the whole process. They made a tough job look easy. On top of that, Vineland's quote was lower than the other two I received, which was a nice bonus.

I had Vineland out to do damage control on numerous trees and shrubs last fall (2022). It was seriously a mess and was very worried that everything was dying. Everything came back beautifully this year.

Vineland Tree Care was amazing. They were efficient, yet careful, taking down some major branches without crushing a single flowering plant beneath. They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up after their work. I will hire them again with pleasure. The office staff (thank you, Jenny) were also wonderful - understanding my needs with kindness and consideration.

We have used Vineland a 4-5 of times over the years. They have trimmed our oak trees and cedar tree and hauled away debris from Xcel tree trimming. I have always found their communication to be comprehensive and thoughtful. They are our go-to for tree care services. I really appreciate that they provide a less is more approach. They will not pressure you into unnecessary services such as unnecessary tree removal or trimming.

Horrible, should have called around. Tried to help my neighbor out when his tree fell on my garage which required me to file a claim. Tyler / Vineland asked if I would just write a check to pay for both since that makes it easier for him...which I did. I just had a heart attack and asked them for a favor, to chop up the tree a bit since I chose to do the haul-away myself (along with my neighbor since insurance doesn't cover that). Somehow the invoice was $111 MORE after taken off the haul-away fee...so I only received less than $400 back of the $500 haul-away they charged and didn't do.

Plus, I watched 3 different employees stand around and watch while others did work...chainsaws nearby and everything (they had 2 trucks there) yet, despite looking me in the eye and telling me "no problem, we'll chop up everything so it's easy to haul", they left a bunch of huge pieces that 2 of us can barely deal with.

I wish I would have called Morgan's Tree Service like everyone else in my neighborhood. Lesson learned....pics of the pieces they left should be attached also.

Espen from Vineland came out this summer to assess some neglected projects on my property. He was flexible and accommodating to my schedule and incredibly informative about the issues I wanted addressed, as well as informative about other trees and landscape things to keep an eye on. I felt comfortable asking questions and getting answers. The work was done beautifully, exactly what I wanted and expected, not to mention perfect clean up. Grateful this was such a seamless process.

The VIneland crew removed a 160-year-old red oak from our property (and roof!). They did it with surgical precision and left the site immaculate. They are efficient and quick. We have used them on numerous occasions and frequently recommend them to others.
