Quick and good service. Took em maybe 40 minutes total to be in and out max. Advised id like my dryer to get cleaned out too and was advised against it saving me some change and then some time. Much appreciated all around for being real bout the situation and not just trying to get more dosh.

Chris was very good, he explained everything beforehand of what he was going to be doing. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave recommendations as he saw fit, which I appreciated. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Very satisfied with this company, definitely will use again and highly recommend.

They were running late by just about 20 min, but they called well ahead to make sure we were comfortable.
As for cleaning, they did a very good job thorough job.
My experience with them came as a surprise as 7-8 years the company I hired cleaned in 30 min and charged almost twice.

Tony was professional, courteous, prompt and got right to work. He installed a sturdy metal vent for my dryer, cleaned the lint catcher and tidied his work space when he finished. I will call this company again without hesitation. Exceptional!

We've had an on-going issue with our dryer vent which originally vented to the basement. Not a good plan. I could not be MORE pleased with the results of their work. Easy scheduling online. The tech sent me a text 20 min before arrival to give me a heads up. Cleaned out my dryer vent and showed me pics. Took 45 min total. Friendly and efficient.

We had our vents cleaned by a different company 3 months ago. When it became evident that our vent was clogged, I called Superheroes. Really easy to make an appointment and he arrived right on time. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. He identified a huge blockage within minutes that the first company had missed- a real fire hazard that I might not have suspected because of the earlier cleaning! Incredibly fair on the billing, too.

This was a long overdue and highly successful engagement. My dryer was not performing well due to vent blockage. It is not drying the clothes fully and we are in a much better spot.

My rep showed up when he said he would. He was friendly, personable, walked me through everything he was doing and when the problem turned out to be a walnut a squirrel had left behind, clogging up the works, there was nothing to clean so he did NOT charge me for the full quoted price. And that kind of honesty I appreciate.

The person answering the phone was friendly and helpful getting a date for DryVent Superheroes to come to my house. I got an email with the date right after i made the appointment and shortly before the service date. Chris came on time and described the process. It took about a half hour for Chris to clear my dryer vent. Joe showed me before and after pictures and answered my questions. He was very professional. I would highly recommend DryVent Superheroes and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
