After a heavy rain I had some water coming in through my bathroom ceiling fan and needed help. I will no longer go up on a roof due to age so I used Google to find Tomms and was pleasantly surprised. They squeezed me into their schedule the next afternoon. I thought they might just do an estimate and schedule repair for a later date. But when Dino arrived and examined it, he said he could just go to the store for some caulking and come back to seal it up. Which he did, as well as checked and sealed around a plumbing vent. It rained quite a lot the next day, so I was really grateful for Tomms' efficient, friendly service. They saved the day! I will definitely consider them in the future.

I just needed to get a few planks on my wood floor replaced since I had some extras. Peter managed to use most of what I had (which was great)! The floor looks perfect and he didn’t have to tear up the whole kitchen to do it. I’ll definitely use them again for future home projects.

googled handyman service in my area and came across Tomms- scheduling was a breeze. Had a tv mounted and bidets installed in two bathrooms. Very professional, he even took his shoes off out of respect (Muslim household). Definitely recommending to friends and family.

I had a plumbing issue that one of my tenants called me about. I was actually away and couldn’t address the situation so I called Tomms. They were able to come out within 30 minutes and replaced the sump pump in the basement for one of my Minneapolis rental properties. My tenants explained that they were friendly and quick. Fantastic customer service! I needed a very last minute deep clean and carpet cleaning for one of my rental properties, and normally I would do it myself, but the place was left in such a mess that I needed help. Tomm responded so quickly and was able to send a team the very next morning. Even after the clean, I messaged him with a few spots that were missed, and he promptly responded and made things right by getting out there himself again the very next day. He was also able to send someone out on a Sunday to help with a plumbing issue in the kitchen. Good service seems so rare these days and he deserves all 5 stars for the price of service, to his professionalism and great communication, and to the quality of service provided. I intend to use Tomm’s Property Solutions for all of my rental needs in the future!
