He did very great work, painting was perfect, exact, very precise!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. We had rotted eaves around our chimney and the wood was replaced and painted quickly and we even got our gutters cleaned while he was up there. Very grateful the job is done and fixed.

Sam came back to correct a previous project. The initial stain used for a set of custom closet doors was off and the doors were re-sanded and stained at no additional cost.

John, Andy and the Ace Handyman team went above and beyond to help with a complicated barn door to conventional door conversion. They came out multiple times to ensure we had a high quality install.

Sivan showed up precisely on time. He installed two storm doors, (front and back) even running out to get missing parts (door handle and closer). He ran me through the features of the new door and left with a handshake and a smile.

Great service and very helpful technician. Always grateful when workman take off their shoes at the door! Installation was quick and I highly recommend Ace and Sam’s services! I felt Sam and Sivan really understood what I needed and went out of their way to do custom work.

Chris did a nice job and explained the work he was doing well. We also had Ace completely refurbish our two-story deck. Andy and John were great and really thoughtful about improcing the quality. The before and after pictures are amazing. Highly recommend!

Chris was punctual, professional, and very nice! We needed a full dishwasher install from scratch and Chris delivered. His experience was on display as he reworked our cabinets, installed a new outlet, and hooked up the plumbing to our new dishwasher. The final product was exactly what we were looking for. The dishwasher is flush and it looks like it has been there the whole time. I recommend Chris and Ace for a dishwasher installation from scratch!

Revised: My handyman, Sam, did a good job of repairing my deck. From replacing cedar wood damaged by the squirrels to reinforcing cracked steps and loose handrails, he did great! He also came back, cheerfully, to fix a step that turned out to be a bit uneven after it was replaced. Then, he came back to repair a couple of areas that were missed on the deck and paint the repaired areas as well as touch up the deck. Although he said he still had some wood left over from the first job, he said it was no longer available. So, here’s the deal with this company. They give you an hourly amount of time to do the job. Then, they need to go purchase all the supplies but they don’t leave the leftover supplies with you even though you pay for them. The cost is added on to the charges but not itemized. So I paid for supplies and for more wood than I needed.The price was much higher than the original bid. This was not explained to me when I scheduled them for service. After discussing this with customer service, I was offered a refund since the charges were not clear and I did not know about the $75 trip fee. If you hire them, be sure to communicate well what you need and make sure you understand all the added fees on top of the bid for the hourly rate. This was a first for me. I’ve never been charged a trip fee and the cost of supplies has always been included in the bid. I’d say the biggest problem was communication on both sides. I would be more careful to specify exactly what I need and want and I hope the company would be more proactive in helping me understand what they can do and how much it will cost.

Sam did a great job fixing seven doors in our home that hadn’t been closing properly. He was professional, efficient and clearly skilled at what he does. Everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend!
