So glad we hired Josh to repair water damage to our shower wall. He was on time, great with communication, very tidy with a potentially messy job, and very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Josh and Tina are awesome! I bought a house that needs quite a bit of repair and Josh has done a great job with all of the projects. They also have excellent communication and are flexible with my hectic schedule, both of which are much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone in need of high quality house repair.

Josh is great! I needed someone ASAP to install appliances because I had another contractor coming the next morning - Josh was so helpful! He came over and didn't leave until the job was finished - which was 9:30 pm! Highly recommended :)

I got services from Josh some time ago. I feel guilty not having respond earlier. He is skilled, professional and reliable. I have had a positive experiences with Josh from Home Service Handyman. From fixing the door entrance and installing a screen door. The best work Josh did was to cement the posts of the fence, that can not fall down during a winter storm. The winter was coming and we postponed the remaining repairs to the Spring. For sure I will call him to finish up. I would highly recommend Home Service Handyman

Josh has done a great job on several projects, including changing door knobs and locks, hanging a large mirror, replacing a broken patio door handle and lock, and hanging an interior door. He really did a great job helping me turn an old barn beam into a beautiful fireplace mantel, and helping me create an industrial pipe shelf! So happy! Josh is very conscientious and careful. He always puts covers on his shoes and vacuums up after he is done. Will definitely be hiring him for upcoming projects.

I hired Josh for what seemed like a simple bathroom vanity swap out... which, of course, revealed a big hole in the wall behind the original vanity that needed drywall, missing tile that required a fix, solidified cement like grout stuck to the floor, and a few other nasty challenges.... AND YET, Josh was incredibly professional, responsive, flexible as the project scope shifted, thorough and upbeat regardless of those hurdles. He did what it took, and I could not have been happier with his work! Thanks, Josh!!

Josh was great! I had my old storm door replaced. They were responsive to my inquiry, he was on time and very professional and friendly. I had ordered the wrong size replacement door and he came back to install in after I got the correct one. Also gave us some advice on another job we were asking about. Very helpful. Will definitely use their services again!

We’ve now had Josh complete four large jobs at our house. He replaced and repaired some extensive rot on our three seasons porch, added a gutter/leaf guard system to the same porch, completely repainted the exterior of our house and installed a new storm door. He is friendly, profession, timely, and above all the work he does is incredible quality. The porch, which was not a straight forward job, looks incredible, and the work he did blends seamlessly with the rest of the porch. The gutter system works great, and the house paint and storm door look amazing (we’ve gotten lots of compliments on the paint!). He’s great at communicating throughout the project, and explaining why he is doing things the way he is.

I’ve already recommended him to my mom and sister, and will continue to recommend him as I can! Thanks for the great work, Josh and Tina! :)

Josh did a great job fixing a small hole near the foundation of our house. He communicated with me promptly when I called for service, arrived exactly on time, and sent a copy of my invoice/receipt immediately after he finished the work. Plus he’s super friendly! Josh and Tina had great communication during our repair needs! Josh was efficient while repairing our siding (even in the snow) and even made some recommendations for future repairs needed! The cost and services provided were justified and comparable to the area. We will be using again during the summer!

I have nothing but great things to say about Josh and Tina. Great work, always reliable, friendly and feel totally safe having Josh in my home (which unfortunately isn’t always a given with some companies!). He leaves my house clean and tidied after a job. Tina is super responsive and always gets things scheduled quickly and responds almost immediately. Would recommend Josh for small jobs or bigger projects. I’ve used him for two projects and have plans for more! So glad to have found this company!

August 19: We had Josh come in and measure, cut and install floor trim in our lower level after we flooded. He was prompt, very thorough, extremely professional and did the job in under his initial time estimate. We couldn't be more happy with his work, and his wife Tina did an excellent job of keeping track of all the details. We have already scheduled another appointment for more work we want done. We highly recommend Josh and Home Service Handyman.

October 14: We had Josh back to install a sliding mirror closet door in our guest room, and to install trim and flooring in our laundry room. Once again, he exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier. Josh is a true professional in every sense of the word--we will recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again in the future.

I've had Josh work on two projects for me (fixing closet doors & resealing/caulking between my shower and shower tiles). He did a great job on both and went well beyond what I needed (even assisting with an unrelated repair that was taking place to my furnace). Very prompt, communicates what he is doing and everything is cleaned up well. Highly recommend Josh (and his wife Tina who was so helpful with my many needed reschedules to do issues in my condo building.)

We had Josh replace rotten wood around our windows, and overall the experience was great. Tina was quick to respond and coordinate the dates for the job. Josh was extremely thorough, and talked us through the process. He helped provide suggestions for the best way to handle the various problem areas, and gave us some hints on how to prevent future issues even unrelated to the job at hand. He brought any questions to us before proceeding to make sure we were on the same page.

The work was exceptionally high quality; highly recommended.

We hired Josh to replace a rotting piece of fascia board from the corner of our roof. Getting the entire project scheduled was an easy process with Tina giving as explicit and detailed directions of what would occur that day as possible. Josh did a wonderful job and completed the project in an afternoon. He also helped me better understand where this might be a potential issue in the near future on other areas of our house so I could be better prepared. We'd happily use them again for any house project we don't feel comfortable doing ourselves.

Josh was very helpful to me! He repaired where drywall gave out near an electrical outlet (the job didn't require electrical work). His team was very communicative over email. They worked hard to find time to come by during my busy schedule. They gave a clear and understandable price and time estimate for the job. Josh explained his work before, during, and after the repair. I really appreciated that he kept me involved and in the loop. He found ways to fix it more efficiently which saved me money and time! I'm very happy to have a repaired wall, Josh made it easy.

Josh was able to sand and repaint them – a savings to us. Rope lighting on a window was quickly replaced. Special calking in our shower made it better. Our garden picket fence, trellis, and planting station needed repair and painting. Within a few hours Josh created a “new look” for the garden.
Josh is a well-organized person. He is punctual and reliable. We hope that we will be able to use his remarkable skills down the road when we need home repair help.
