Improved airflow to dryer by removing some of the unnecessary tubing, installed a proper dryer vent cover, cleaned the vent, and gave us a tip on our gutter drains since it was raining so hard. 10/10 would recommend. Nice guy and great service!

Really pleased with their service and quick response! Our dryer had been having issues for a month or so and finally got it fixed, only to have our vent get clogged. Dan came out and quickly found that when our roof was replaced in August, the roofers left on a vent screen. Major code violation / fire hazard!! Dan removed it and then cleaned out the vent. He also recommended we go after the roofers to pay for his bill, and included notes in his invoice. I followed his advice and am happy to report we just got the check from the roofers in the mail! I feel like that was above and beyond customer service and care. He got paid either way, but he still looked out for our interests. Thank You Vent Guys!!

Vent Guys did a wonderful job with our dryer vent. Our vent stretches across the house, so we needed their help. They arrived on time and they were kind and knowledgeable. They also had the right equipment to detect a problem with the duct. It had become disconnected over time, but they solved the problem quickly for a fair price. I plan to have them out once a year from now on.

Our tech Dan did an outstanding job. He was friendly and polite, but most importantly he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. He answered all my questions, took pictures when relevant, and completed all the necessary repairs and cleaning to my satisfaction. We've had a lot of service and repair techs over the years, and they were one of the best. I was really impressed by the service provided. I definitely plan to call them again for annual service and any future repairs, and would recommend them to anyone else in need of vent work.

Home run decision to contact Vent Guys. Exterior construction made vent cleaning a time sensitive issue; Dan was able to work me into the schedule, checked the system top to bottom, found a major flaw in the existing vent work, and resolved the issue while adding a mouse-proof vent for the exterior wall (oh yeah, and the vents were cleaned too!). Great guy to work with, terrific service. Easy recommendation to make.

Vent Guys offer a great service and perform it very professionally. My clothe dryer works better and I’m no longer worried about it catching on fire.

I called Dan for a dryer vent cleaning and was impressed with his resourcesfulness and tenacity in completing a difficult task. Due to some shortcuts that were taken during my homes initial construction, the cleaning was more challenging than expected. Dan was able to improvise and get the job done. I will be using the Vent Guys again in the future.

Vent guys did a great job. Initially called for a dryer vent cleaning, we ended up replacing an outdated dryer vent with new. Dan the technician did an excellent job -- he was very helpful with his explanation of options / recommendations. The new vent install was quick and was routed very cleanly. Will keep them in mind for future jobs or cleanings.

Noticed condensation on top of dryer. Tech was completing a job nearby so came over that day. Immediately found the issue and even checked around the washing machine to make sure nothing else was going on. Very professional and personable!
