Great experience!
The crew called 20 minutes before their arrival to let us know they were on the way.
When they arrived, they gave us a quote and asked if we wanted to schedule, do the job now, or decline. I never felt pushed to purchase.
We went ahead and did the garage clean out right away. I basically pointed at what needed to go and they took care of it.
When they were done, they put back everything we were keeping nicely. They also swept everything up.
They were done in a little over an hour. I've been trying to work in this space for months doing a little at time.
Thanks to viking junk removal, it's all done and I have my entire weekend back.

Viking Junk Removal was able to same day take my bbq gas grill and old lawnmower for $100 cash. Area competitors were charging minimum $125 pickup fee with tax. The guy on the phone was super nice and two men came in no kidding 20 minutes to get it! Would recommend to anyone looking to dispose of grills, lawnmowers, junk, etc at a cheaper rate.

Jeff and his team were amazing. They worked quickly and communicated throughout the whole removal process to ensure items we wanted gone were removed and items we wanted kept were kept. If I needed to add an items they communicated any extra cost (if any). Full transparency and excellent communication with quick turn around time. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to others!

Very happy with my experience with vent guys. I just purchased a new home and the inspection report showed that the dryer vent was totally clogged. They squeezed me in even with the holiday coming up, and not only fixed the clog but they put the correct vent ducting in. I will definitely use them again next year for maintenance.

Excellent customer service. A chipmunk met its demise in my dryer vent and Dan was able to squeeze me in between other appointments. He thoroughly cleaned everything and installed a more critter-proof dryer vent. I thought the pricing was very reasonable too.

I was happy I happened on Vent Guys when I needed someone to clean out dryer vents that had become very clogged up. Showed up on time, did the work effectively and how clogged up it had been (and how that affected the performance of my dryer... and also told me when to have the vents cleaned again.....every 2-to-3 years.

Terrific experience with Vent Guys technician Dan. Thought my dryer was partially venting into my house and it was! I now have a firmly reattached and clean dryer vent. No more extra humidity in the basement. It's all good and I was thrilled with Vent Guys service.

The price was high but mostly I felt like they were pressuring me to give a 5 Star google review which seemed intimidating based on how much pressure they were putting on us.
