Tony was on time and did a great job thoroughly explaining the process of cleaning out our dryer vent. He then proceeded to clean it. He found part of the exhaust pipe had worn out so he also replaced that. He not only cleaned the dryer vent, but all around the dryer itself. He took before and after pictures and showed them to me as part of his debrief or to me paying.

Dryer Vent Heroes did a tremendous job on performing the cleaning of not only my dryer vent, but the while HVAC system. The technician looked at all parts first, evaluated and made recommendations on what the issues were, showing the issues and then knew how best to get the work done! He was efficient, unintrusive and showed the result of the ductwork after the cleaning! It was amazing the benefit and improvement in both my HVAC air flow and the dryer air flow (a whole load of towels dried in 40 minutes that had been taking 2 hours before the cleaning). I would highly recommend Dry Vent Heroes!

Dryer vent superheroes of Minneapolis were efficient and professional, and provided us with a great service, especially since the access to our dryer vent which was behind our dryer was very difficult to get to.
The technician was not in the least bit concerned about it. He went about moving our dryer and accessing the vent hose and cleaning out the entire vent system. We were very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the company..
