Excellent in every way including the price. They took down trees near the house and power lines that others no-bid due to the complexity. They showed up on time and were professional and hard-working. We added a few tasks at the last minute which they were able to accommodate and the add on cost was very reasonable. They chipped up what they could from the trees which saved me a lot on wood chips for the spring.

We had a great experience with this company and will be using them again for any tree removal we may need in the future.

Fernando’s communication was fantastic. He was running a bit behind the day of the quote and called right away. He was only 10 mins late! After giving us the quote verbally and answering our other questions he sat in his car and sent us the quote via email even before leaving our driveway.

Their team came another day and was all set up but the lightning stopped them from working. (Safety first!). They came back the following Saturday and jumped in and started.

We were asked where to put all the brush and wood, we had a designated spot and it all ended up there. We also had a special request to leave some of the stump. This was not a problem and they cut right where we requested (my husband and I were not home).

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree removal. Very very reasonable, great communication, and left our yard cleaner than when they started!

I had a large maple that was in a narrow space between the power line and the house, with limbs over the house and actually growing through the cable lines, and a smaller maple that needed a good trim. The team was professional and fast. All the limbs were carefully lowered down and they cleaned up the yard well after they were done. The smaller maple was trimmed exactly how I wanted it - all dead branches removed and shaped up nicely. This was a challenging job but they made it look easy.

They showed up without notice so nothing was removed from the areas for the to come down they moved it, broke some yard decor kinda the everything aside that if course up set me, but as for taking down the tree they were fast clean up was quick they were in and out 7am -130iish it was a huge tree thank you

The crew from Silver Oak did an amazing job removing a very large dead ash tree and also a smaller one that were dangerously close to our house. It was very enjoyable to watch! Almost like watching a ballet - the climber and the ground crew really knew what they were doing, careful to direct the cut limbs away from the house. They also worked quickly, almost like watching a surgery where everyone has a precise role and it’s important to be efficient. I will be calling on them again.

We had a great experience with Silver Oak Tree Services. Ricardo and his crew trimmed one of our larger trees and safely removed another that had become a problem, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Ricardo was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. The trimming made a big difference in the appearance and health of the tree, and the removal was done carefully with no damage to the surrounding yard.

They also did an excellent job cleaning everything up afterward—our yard looked better when they left than when they arrived.

Fantastic team - great job removing a huge (75 year old) tree that had Ash Borer disease. The communication with them was top notch. Ricardo responded quickly to my request for a quote, came out, gave me several options and then got me on the schedule when it worked well for us. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. The team was on time, and took precautions to not tear up our lawn with the heavy equipment, and protect our other trees, the neighbors fence and yard. They cleaned up the yard afterwards and it looks absolutely great. Seriously I could not be happier with service and would highly recommend.

Ricardo and the team did a very good job trimming trees around my house. They took down a big tree close to the house and also left some logs as requested. They were very professional and nicely cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend their service.

From start to finish, Ricardo and his crew were absolutely top notch. Courteous, a great value, and carful-in all the ways you want an arborist to be! I couldn’t believe how quickly they took down our boxelder trees and how careful they were to not have branches hit our fence or neighbor’s yard! We highly recommend them to anyone!

Chris Haynes professionally bid a small, second floor project, and he followed through with a prompt and neat job. Alternate bidders all came in with significantly higher, some almost double, than his price, yet he completed the job on a timely basis, according to his promises and even repainted the eaves where they didnt quite match our house trim without our requesting it.

Chris did a great job staining our deck. He took the time to do a little sanding prior to make it look it's best. He even came back the next day to do some touch up. Highly recommend him.
