I have always had an excellent experience with Karin’s! They did a fantastic job and left my windows sparkling clean. The two from the team were personable and prompt! Highly recommend!

I recently had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Karin's Services for gutter cleaning.

The team they sent to my home had to come back a second time because they did not clean the gutters on the left side of the house, and they were still willing to invoice me at the full amount of $212 when the job wasn't fully completed.

Additionally, each time the team came to my property, they conducted themselves very unprofessionally and also left damages to my property and were negligent.

They broke two of my gutter guards and left one on the ground and another one loose on the top of the house where I can't reach it. They left gutter debris around the house. They also pulled a gutter loose at the top of the house and there appears to be roof damage. My neighbor who runs a daycare also told me that she saw the team try to put their ladder against my north facing window and she had to tell them to move it for fear that it would break the window.

The team seemed to lack the proper training and behaved in a very juvenile manner with no regard or consideration for the damages they caused.

I reported this to management while also providing photographic evidence, and I received a response stating that I would still need to pay at least half of the invoice because they came out two times- even though the reason they came out a second time was because they didn't complete their job correctly the first time.

All and all, I am very dissatisfied with this company and their performance. I seriously considered taking it to small claims court to receive restitution for the physical damages to my property.

I would not recommend this company's services to anyone for any reason given my terrible experience.

Karin's Services did an excellent job. All four of the employees were super courteous amd worked well together as a team. Omar, the lead was exceptional and respected by his team.

Karin's staff did a great job cleaning our gutters on seven of our townhomes which have very steep pitched roofs. They also did a thorough job cleaning up the material they removed from our gutters. They also handled our Holiday Lighting needs. There were a few bumps but they were responsive and took care of the issues.

I had them clean out the gutters at one of my properties and had to ask multiple times for them to go back and clean them properly. The technician was onsite for a total of 20 minutes at the job site. They refused to go back and did not reply to my email requests. I will not use them for any other services for any of my properties or my personal property. Crappy work and customer service.

The employees were delightful, hardworking, efficient and professional. The communication could improve (not from those 2)

They showed up on time, had a great staff that worked very efficiently and cared about not only the property but making sure I was truly happy with the results. Walked me around the entire project inside and out and fixed the very few little things I found without question. Project was a large residents with many mullioned windows and door.

My three neighbors and I needed our third story windows washed. There was great communication between me and Karin’s services to set up the job. The workers were friendly and efficient and did the job quickly. We are all very pleased with the outcome and will use them again. Highly recommended!!

We have been loyal Karin’s customers for many years. The two guys who came out to our house this week were exceptional. They did all of our windows, inside/outside, screens, pressure washing on the exterior decks and downspouts. The work ethic was fantastic, attention to detail and they were so careful and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the work and appreciated such capable and lovely employees. Thank you Karin’s!

Some context below for those want some details.

I was in hurry to get this service to show the house, so no time to check several providers to make this "simple task". We could not get to second level windows, so this was the main cause of getting this service.

First error in hiring this service:
I did not consider the fact the person that did the on-site estimation was very informal. He did not knock the door to pass on property. He did not make any recommendation of the appropriate service to remove the water stains on glasses. He did not try to speak with us at all.

Second error:
The service did not meet expectation at all. The guys did not remove the water stains on the glasses. They did not clean screens. They did not remove the accumulated dust in windows channels. They did not know that they should bring other products to remove stains.

The business end is terrible. They don't communicate with the workers what is supposed to be done. They don't clean the window frames, they didn't know the screens were supposed to be cleaned. And when they realized they were, I was told all they do is wipe them with a rag. I have a screen that now has holes in it, I was told " yeah that probably happened when I took it out." I called the office while the cleaners were here and the lady told me I should have requested certain work when I scheduled. (She was very rude) I did talk about my expectations when I had someone come out and give me a estimate. I paid for the deluxe package and got the blue light special. Follow up to include their response. I asked the cleaners about the screen cleaning AFTER they said they were done cleaning. I was never offered an "upgraded service." So I could not have declined it. You will notice they did not acknowledge the ripped screen. I will post another review about the power wash outside and the damage that caused. Ps the windows are streaked

Karen’s cleaned our gutters this year. They did a better job than any other service we’ve used. Totally thorough and professional.
3/25/2025 - Omar cleaned our windows on the outside and -AGAIN- did the best job that anyone has ever done on our windows. 5 Stars!

The crew did a wonderful job. Out 13 year old deck looks almost like new again. Very polite and respectful crew.

The whole point of hiring someone to clean my gutters is because I can't access them easily myself. So when choosing a level of service, it's hard to know because I can't see how dirty/full they are. I made the mistake of opting for the more expensive option, the guys came, were done in 15 minutes because my gutters weren't bad at all. The pictures they showed me (and of which I was not given a copy) demonstrated this. I feel ripped off and won't use Karin's again. I think there needs to be a credit or refund for the difference between the two levels of service.

I called three other places who didn’t respond to my inquires before I ran across this company who was timely in responding and get service initiated. I did the basic cleaning but anticipate upgrading next year because it turned out so well.

Staff were amazing … something was missed on their initial visit but Rachelle made it right by sending their crew back.

I had my windows cleaned with the premium service. Items were not put back that were pulled out, windows were not closed all the way, and the garage door windows were not cleaned. When my daughter asked for them to be cleaned she was told no. For over $300, I would not consider the service worth the price.

I had an excellent experience with Karin’s and will use them again without hesitation. Scheduling a time for my windows to be washed was easy, the price was better than I anticipated and the person who showed up was a really cool guy who did a fantastic job. Staff: great. Price: great. Quality of work: great.

Excellent job well done. Service men were considerate and did a professional job. I would highly recommend their services and this company.
