Darius was easy to work with and kept good communication. He also took great care to clean our gutters under the gutter covers, unlike other companies we’ve used in the past. He sent before and after photos, and came back to address one easy to miss area of our gutters free of charge. I would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience working with Darius. Last year, I hired someone to clean my gutters, but I later discovered they had only used a leaf blower to clear off the top of the gutter guards, leaving the underlying debris untouched. As a new homeowner with a tall roof, I had no idea the gutters were still clogged.

Darius took the time to remove each gutter guard, clean out the debris by hand, bag everything up, and haul it away. He was incredibly thorough and professional.

While he was on the roof, Darius also noticed an area where the fascia board was starting to rot. He took photos and recommended we have it inspected.

I now have a "gutter guy" - Thanks Darius.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Maria’s House Cleaning was so disappointing that I feel the need to warn others.

I was quoted a price ahead of time, but when the team arrived, they suddenly added extra charges just to pick up a few clothes from the floor and toss them in a bin. When I brought this up to the owner and explained that picking up clothes should be part of cleaning a bedroom, all they said was, “Would you like the team to continue or leave?” No apology, no compromise just take it or leave it.

After they left, I noticed stains on my toilet and countertop that were definitely not there before. I asked how to remove them, and instead of offering a solution, they just claimed the stains were already there. On top of that, I still had to go around and clean areas they clearly missed. If I’m hiring professionals, I shouldn’t have to do touch-ups myself right after they leave.

Overall, I feel like I was overcharged and completely unsatisfied with the service. I chose this company because of all the good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t match at all. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and subpar cleaning. I do not recommend Maria’s House Cleaning and will never book with them again.

I was scared to use this business at first because I had no clue how they'd perform. I ordered a standard clean just to be safe. By far the best cleaning service I have worked with. They were on time and they explained everything they were going to do for that day thoroughly. You get even more than what you pay for. I will definitely be working with this company more in the future.

Claims she showed up for a 10am cleaning. She called/texted from her car when she “arrived” but I couldn’t get to my phone because I was bathing my daughter and my phone was in the other room. My husband was prepared to let her in when she rang the bell. She did not attempt to ring bell or knock on door. Then I get a text from her saying she left and when I texted/called minutes later, she would not answer calls or texts. I gave her ample time to communicate with me and she ignored all calls/texts. We checked our cameras and did not see her vehicle arrive at all. We were in desperate need of a basic cleaning for a Halloween party and I’m recovering from surgery and cannot do it. If she had bothered to come to the door and ring the bell/knock on the door like most people would do, this could have been avoided. But based on not seeing any footage of her on our cameras, I suspect she never even showed. 🤷🏻‍♀️
