Errund contacted me a day before my cleaning to request my ID to verify my identity. At first I thought it's weird and did not give but eventually did and I got an official email confirming my identity is verified. I guess this makes sense given that I was not home and I was getting a move out cleaning. I recommend errund

Terrible experience... very minimal cleaning was done (entire rooms missed, zero dusting, bathroom missed). I called to ask for them to make it right, but they just made up excuses, and never apologized. Shocked that anyone can get away with this these days. See photos. Yes, those are "after" shots of their cleaning. We actually keep a pretty tidy house so they only needed to do the basics.

Scheduled 6.5 hours, two cleaners stayed less than two hours. They said there was mold and it was "dangerous" and they didn't feel safe (according to Jake). As I texted to Jake, how dangerous is old lettuce in the fridge (we had removed all food from the fridge), carpets that needed vacuuming (cleaners wanted to use our vacuum), and a dirty toilet?! Cleaners did some cleaning but never touched these and left before any of these were cleaned. Happy to send photos of what was not done (photos are mine and Errunds).

BIG THANKS to the team at errund. They managed to help us arrange a cleaning within 2 hours when all cleaning services in the area COULD NOT. Life savior. Cleaners came and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend. But first read their checklist and make sure they cover what you need

My place was trashed after a few airbnb guest came and held unauthorized party. My regular airbnb cleaner refused to clean it. So I was left panicking. Fortunately, I called errund and they were able to send a cleaner same day to clean. Thank you so much

Jake and the crew are indeed the best house cleaners! I've used them five times across the years to clean my place. They had always met my expectations and left my place spotless.

I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone in Minneapolis looking for a house cleaning.

It's a scam.

They were supposed to come and clean at 2 pm. They tried to change the time to 5 pm, and that time did not work for me, but they would not cancel without charging a cancellation fee of half the cost of the cleaning. I decided to make the time work instead of paying for nothing, but then they decided they needed a photo copy of my DRIVERS LICENSE in order to charge my credit card. I noped out, thinking that if they couldn't charge my credit card without the photo copy, they couldn't charge for the cancellation fee either. I was wrong, and they did.

Total scam. Avoid them.

My fiance booked this for a cleaning the day before a wedding shower that was taking place at our house. The night before the cleaning person attempted to reschedule. The next day she text her and said that she had to go to the emergency room and needed to reschedule. It seemed a bit suspect as she had tried to reschedule the night before.

We asked If they could send anyone else and they said our original cleaner would still be there later that day. It doesn't really line up that of you have to go to the ER youd be able come a couple hours later.

We had to push to get our money back without a fee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Only giving 1 start to actually post the review. Incredibly poor cleaning and customer service from Jake (manager?). We paid $100 for multiple hours of cleaning to have very little actually done before hosting an event at our house. When working with customer service they offered to send another person out but the event had passed so the cleaning was done ourselves and no longer necessary. No refund of payment but they offered 1 hour of future services when we paid for multiple hours. Definitely look elsewhere for any cleaning services of any kind. This company is terrible.

So i would like to leave a very long and informative review. This is a company/business that does not deserve to be established. Customers, employees and other seeking employment or services from here, beware! first it is very easy to become a cleaner for this company, however that doesn’t mean that everyone is a “professional” cleaner. We, the employee, has to buy all of our own supplies. i only did three jobs total for this company and I had to buy supplies three times because the houses I cleaned were so dirty and needed professional detailed cleaning. Next, I’d like to address money. I have not yet been paid by Errund, not in full. I had been owed only 132 dollars. i was first told the system saw I cancelled so it was difficult to process, then it was I had the wrong name, finally I told “Rob” which i believe is a fake name or person, that I wouldn’t do another job until i got paid. I was then sent only $64 dollars. I continued to request payment. I continued to call and email. I was told many excuses. I finally posted some reviews of negativity about not being paid. Several others have similar posts and comments. I reached out several more times to Jake the actual owner of Errund. I was then told that If I remove my negative reviews I would be paid. I screenshotted because I was going to post it either way, but I did remove views to see if he would be truthful and ethical and pay me, but he did not. I could write so much more, But i will also leave several pictures here. Please customers do not book with this company. Cleaners get paid half the amount you pay when you book. So you’re not getting a cleaner for $26/hr you’re actually getting them for $13/hr (what I was paid) and people seeking employment please beware. you will lose money and be robbed from this company.

These people are WORTHLESS!!!! I signed up for cleaning every 3 weeks. They 1.) Arrived with zero cleaning supplies for the floors. 2.) They only cleaned the lower level of my home (4 rooms) + the bathroom. 3.) They left scratches inside my toilet. The manager Jake was pitiful. He scolded me for not booking the extra hour the extra hour or so they suggested. There were 2 Cleaners! I don’t believe they would have gotten to the entire upper level with an extra hour. The manager also told me from a picture I sent “It didn’t look like a scratch to him.” Which is interesting because he’s not here and certainly doesn’t know went on here. Save your money and go some place else. When I complained Jake offered me $5 and a free hour. Completely unacceptable.

Booked a service for mother's day gift. Managed to get a booking online the night before. I was shocked that I could get a last minute clean at only $26/hr and $25 same day fee. Still this price is cheaper than what other services are offering if they even offer at all - most other places if not all have no service at such short notice. I lated booked a service in Madison where I go to school which you can read too on my profile. My cleaner was great she arrived a little late but due to traffic and clean well according to the checklist

My parents came to visit so I had to book a last minute cleaning. My goal was to find a reasonably priced but good cleaning. I found it really easy to place a booking on their website so I decided to give it a try. I wanted to do same day cleaning but that would have incurred an additional $30. There were able to accommodate me the next day. The cleaner came and did her magic for 4 hours. Needless to say, my house was in such clean and tip top condition that my mom did not nag at me a single time the entire visit.

Very disappointing experience. Paid $170 for our house to be cleaned, but came home to a house that was hardly touched. Carpets had NOT been vacuumed, not one surface in the house had been dusted, one of the bathrooms was not even touched, the floors were mopped but still had spots that looked filthy/untouched. The kitchen appliances were not touched. Basically, the cleaners cleaned 1.5 bathrooms, wiped kitchen countertops & quickly ran swiffer mop over bare floors. We paid for 6 hours of cleaning. Received 2 cleaners for 2 hours & they did a terrible job. I contacted Errund to let them know. They asked for photos so I sent several. They offered to send the same cleaners back to fix later or 1/2 hour credit for a future cleaning. No apology was ever made. Nothing was done to make things right. I tried to work with them but they just made up excuses (e.g., "we dont fix scratched stove tops - it's not scratched, it is dirty because the cleaners didn't clean it...) or they would ask if our daughters nursery was part of the bedrooms asked to clean... umm, yes, the nursery is one of the bedrooms that was supposed to be dusted and vacuumed.
I love leaving positive reviews & providing gratuity to service professionals, especially around the holidays.. but sadly, I believe we were taken advantage of and that nobody with Errund cares, or cared to try to make it right.
Strongly discourage anyone on here to use this company. If you need cleaning service, we have used Two Maids and a Mop our of Plymouth before. They are very good & more reasonably priced. They weren't available on short notice which is why we went through Errund.

I’ve used Errund a couple of times and have been less than impressed. I always book the recommended time and the cleaner finishes with an hour or more to spare. My bathroom is never complete (which is 90% of the reason I schedule a cleaner...) and they do very little dusting and inefficient vacuuming. They frequently reschedule after confirming an appointment and today they first wanted to move my 2pm appointment to the next day or day after next. Then they asked to come at 11:45...and then showed up at 1pm. The satisfaction guarantee is a dumb policy. Why would I want someone to come back who did a sloppy job in the first place??

I moved to Minneapolis a month ago on a short notice and needed a move in clean. Was glad that Errund could send a cleaner the same weekend. Cleaner was on time and brought her own supplies. She cleaned according to their checklist which included bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. After the cleaning is completed, I noticed specks of dust on some surface areas. I called their customer support and they offered to send someone back to touch up. I was hesitant at first but decided to give it another try since I understand that everyone makes mistakes (plus my cleaning was done at night so it might be hard to see dust on lighter surfaces?). Cleaner came back the next day apologetic and immediately recleaned the problematic areas. Would definitely use their services again since their cleaning is satisfaction guaranteed!

Started with Errund for a residential deep clean and was paired with one of their “professionals” the night before they were supposed to clean our home. The individual was easily found on social media flaunting drugs, guns, etc. I cancelled the cleaning and contacted customer service to explain that this is not the type of “professional” we wanted in our home. I was told that I would be charged none the less and that they do not screen their contractors. Horrible customer service.

Save yourself a headache and use Handy or another service instead!
