My mother in law got our rug cleaned here. Since the rug is a play space for our newborn, I called to ask what chemicals are used (some rug cleaning chemicals are not safe for babies) and the man told he he wasn’t interested in my business and hung up on me.

I called back, and the unapologetic man eventually told me the chemicals used. There seems to be no risk to babies, but I have never before been hung up on by a business.

Of course we all have bad days and this may be an anomaly but my experience of customer service was terrible, while the rug looks fine.

We have a 9' x 9' square oriental in our dining room that's been there for years. It looked tired and faded and ready for a replacement. We decided to give it to a college kid or a family with lots of kids and dogs, but thought we should at least get it cleaned first. It went to Keljik's, where we have done all of our carpet business for years. When we got it back it looked like a new carpet, the color and vibrancy restored. It's back in our dining room. The college kid can have a Home Depot gift card.

Quality repair work on our Turkish rug. Cleaned, mended a large unraveled part, threadbare spots, and unraveling edges. Not cheap work, but this is intense labor, so it’s worth the investment in our heirloom.

Keljik’s did a beautiful job cleaning my rug. The colors bled whenever I spot cleaned it, so I was afraid of having it immersed, but trusted the professionals and am glad I did. Colors, fringe and texture of the rug all got a new life.

We got a handmade runner... that was slightly too wide for the hallway it was going in. They helped us trim it down, and more importantly, were really helpful finding a yarn that matched really nicely for the new borders. I found one other rug place that did this cut and serge service that was fairly dismissive about getting a decent match - Keljiks did a really good job in a fairly short timeframe and it wasn't that expensive at all.

What a nice business. I have rugs that are 50+ years. Had a flood and mildew issues. Rugs were handled with great care. Experts in rugs, pet friendly, and staff was very helpful handling rugs.

I have been in contact with Jim regarding the cleaning of the large Persian rug I keep in my living room that smells of pet odor. He has gone above and beyond to help me get my rug back into tip top smelling shape. I would highly recommend Keljik's rugs, especially for their wonderful customer service and efficient work.
