Communicated via e-mail, was given time to expect and an estimate. Texted ETA 15 minutes out. Arrived within 5 minutes of scheduled, worked diligently and thoroughly, spending time on individual stains. Good effort, good result, paid what I was expecting, Randy is pleasant and I had a good experience.

Randy is great! We found out our baby was allergic to our pets, so i had him come out and clean our furniture/upholstery, area rug, mattresses, and even our car! He did a wonderful job- very detailed and thorough. I was happy that it was non toxic as well. It has been very helpful in alleviating our baby's symptoms. He gave me many tips and ideas for other things around the house that I had questions about cleaning as well. He is very friendly and nice to work with, and does great work for a good price! Will definitely use him for any other needs in the future!

Randy knows his stuff! Very dedicated, very easy to work with and there r *no* surprises. I have white couches, with hard to clean edges, another company tried. Rugs looked gorgeous and he did my mattress as a bonus.
I recently had a toilet overflow and because plumbers walked around, wanted rugs sanitized. Done! I have a very detailed non toxic cleaning business so I really notice detail. No chemical odor, rug was just damp and stains on white rug, gone. No rings... Costs less, too. Highly recommend before calling big companies.

We've been using Randy at Cleantastic Solutions for over a decade now. He cleans our carpets and upholstery at our home and office. He does a fantastic job and I highly recommend him. While onsite he's able to do cars, boats, and RVs/Campers too.

Randy did a great job from the time I called him to get an estimate. As a first timer to carpet cleaning he took time to explain all the different methods to me. He took extra time and went over the dirtiest spots on the carpet many times. He was very thorough in calculating and explaining the bill. The carpets look awesome!

Randy of Cleantastic Solutions has saved us a lot of money in carpets that didn’t need to be replaced, but we thought were gone. In two homes he has gotten several pet, wine, candle wax, dust in corners or around vents, and even chocolate from our cream to black and white carpeting! He’s gotten some tough smells out from when we bought our home too (don’t be fooled if the real estate agents have candles burning on a walk through, call Randy!) He is even honest when our home flooded, first with ice dams then from sewer back up that the carpet by age and amount of damage should not be salvaged. We appreciate him, his integrity, and work ethic and would recommend him to anyone and have.

We contacted Randy on a Friday and he was able to make it out to our house the next morning! We had some tough pet stains on light beige carpet that we needed help removing. Randy got the stains out and went over several spots numerous times to make sure they were clean! The carpet looks brand new and the dog odor is gone! He also gave us some pointers on how to remove any future stains. Highly recommend Cleantastic Solutions!

We've had scores of carpet cleaners over the years, some bad, some okay but only one that was
great, fast and reasonable. Randy from Cleantastic solutions. Many times in the past, spot would resurface a week or less after the carpet was cleaned and it always required a lot of fan drying. Not with Cleantastic, best ever and I also had Randy clean both of our cars, incredible. Give him a try, you won't switch!!

Randy did a terrific job! We have an older carpet in our living room/dining room and it looks new now - it even fluffed up. Especially appreciate the thorough cleaning around the floorboards (and the floorboards themselves!).
