I requested one person specifically who I was referred to for cleaning. Two people showed up, and I thought maybe they were training or splitting the pay or something. I didn’t think anything of it. They did a good job and were at my house for 3 hours. I got a bill for double the amount I was quoted, around $300. I was shocked, and contacted Sheryl. I explained that I had no idea they were sending two people or why. Sheryl told me that I was charged that amount because two people came, and if it were one person it would have taken 6 hours. I told her I understand how math works, but that I did not agree to having or paying two people. This was my first time hiring a service. I live in a 1300 sq foot townhouse and told them they didn’t need to do the bedrooms. When I responded to Sheryl about how unhappy I was with the communication and customer service she never replied. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had and I will never use this service again or refer anyone else. I’m also going to file a complaint with BBB.

I hired Country Maids for an initial clean which they charge per hour. They me quoted 3 hrs for two people (charging 6hrs) and said it could be a bit more since it was the initial clean. I ended up having to ask them to leave after 4.5 hrs when they had only partially cleaned one level and had barely started the other. While they were here I contacted Sheryl and her solution was to have them spend more time cleaning while they continue to bill me for it. I asked her to explain to me how its taken two adults over 4 hrs to clean one level and she just couldn't justify it. I ended up having to pay them, and also hire a different company to come finish all the things they didn't do. For reference my house normally takes 2hrs to clean biweekly, and 3hrs for initial clean.

We bought a used couch and chair off craigslist and it looks brand new after Randy cleaned it.

My car was Toyota Prius inside wasn’t that dirty he said 4 hours which is 35 an hour I said okay I will give you 120$ I added for him 15$ tip I took my car to his home, he had like 4 hours he called me I went to get my car, if you look my car inside he only touched little but the carpet and didt shampoo at all my seats also he didn’t wash my car out side, the job he did worth regular car wash 25$ but he rip me off 120$ please take your car to bussniss places official car wash not someone in his home I will never trust such this person again peace out

Carpets in my mom's condo went from old & stained to looking amazing!! His solutions got out stains and not a heavy chemical smell! Would definitely use his services again

I had a bachelorette party come to my studio for a themed photo shoot and they brought a funky red cocktail. Needless to say I the ladies had quite a few accidents and tracked the stuff all over the place. I rented an extractor from Home Depot and could not make a dent in these stains. Randy from Cleantastic Solutions came and cleaned the carpet in my studio and common areas. The red stains were gone and stayed gone. The rest looked better than it ever had.

Carpets look and smell great again! The cleaning brought back that original soft feel, and even removed several old stains that I thought were permanent. I was thinking of replacing the carpet in one room, he definitely saved me some money there.
