Ivy Cleans did a fantastic job cleaning my place! Not only were they incredibly professional, but they also fit me in at the last minute, which I really appreciated. Bailey went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a cleaner who takes pride in their work.

Sarah did a fantastic job getting our our apartment ready for our first Airbnb rental. I know the guests are going to feel very welcome when they come in and see all the sparkling surfaces! It was reassuring to know that the place is going to be in really good shape for our first guests.

Very very poor quality work. The so called cleaners did a move out clean earlier this month for a senior customer of mine. No one can figure out what you guys did, except rip off a older lady. The floors were filthy. Windows weren't washed,bathrooms weren't clean. So now I am doing the cleaning, I am a actual cleaner who just didn't have time to do it before.
Shame on you guys.

DO NOT use this company. Firstly, they were terrible with time management as my appointment got rescheduled 3x and they were even late to the 3rd time. Next they provided a list of things they in the quote for the “deep clean” service to which they only completed some. They did not remove our garbage or make the beds. In addition, they were supposed to wipe down all the baseboards in the house and they didn’t. I had to ask them to before they left the first time to which they still didn’t even wipe them down completely. The bathroom service says they clean tile and grout lines which wasn’t done. I’ve included pictures for reference. They maybe did 50% of the actual service they say they provide. On top of that they caused a crack in my medicine cabinet which they claim was there before (it was not).

Update: Company did reimburse me for the cleaning after working with me regarding my concerns.

They all rock! Each person goes above and beyond and is so easy to work with; it has felt like the most seamless experience ever - from the initial scheduling through the first clean. We feel truly blessed to have Ivy Cleans in our life 💚

2025: Joe and his son were back this year. They got the windows done in record time and made some repairs to the gutter cover which had lifted during the winter and was impacting the shingles. Joe also diagnosed an issue I was having with a front gutter this winter by finding what we believe to be the root cause. These guys are terrific!
2024: Joe is a perfectionist. He cleaned windows and fixed a gutter issue at the back of the house with a creative and clever solution that looks great and functions perfectly. LaDonna, is very responsive and helpful with booking appointments and billing. It’s the kind of family business that I’m happy to call. I highly recommend their services.

Allbright has been cleaning our windows for years and always with superb results. Joe is professional, efficient and arrives during the scheduled time frame. He takes great care with not only the window glass but also the positioning of his ladders as to not harm vegetation and the house itself. We appreciate this courtesy.
